REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE AND OVERHEAD TANKS AT MIL STN GANDHINAGAR

Cleaning of Sewage line upto 100mm bore from gully traps, grease traps, Manholes etc. upto 1.5 m deep by removing all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt/sludge & other deposits out side of MD land in covered van/trolley, all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial item No. 1.00 here-in-before but sewage line upto 150 mm bore and depth of sewage line upto 2m.

Cleaning of septic tank of any capacity/sizes or description including cleaning all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the septic tank free from all obstacles.The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable TNP and removing the silt/sludge and pumping out fluid, cleaning of sludge from compartment of septic tank including intercepting chamber & washing down with water complete and removing the sludge in covered van/trolley outside the MD land, complete, all as directed.

Cleaning of manholes depth upto 1.5 mtr by removing all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely and making the Manholes free from all obstacles.The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable TNP and removing the all silt, sludge, any other materials making clean and flushing with water complete incuding removal of spoils outside MD land and taken out cover slab and reset in the same position after cleaning and testing all as specified and directed. cleaning shall be done either manually or mechanically as required and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per description of serial item No. 6.00 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exc 3 mtr deep complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of all blockages of Nahani trap/floor trap, bottle trap, gully trap, P or S traps of WCs, 100 mm/75 mm dia CI pipe stacks upto 1st Manhole, CI/SGSW pipe between gully trap & 1st Manhole, CI Tee/Door bends etc to maintain internal sewage system in the area of AGE B/R Gandhinagar and including manual/pressure cleaning pump & flexible rods and other necessary equipments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Contractor or his authorised representative collect such type of complaints from AGE B/R Gandhinagar complaint cell at 8.30 AM on daily basis except sunday /Holiday. No extra payment shall be made on account of collection of complaint. (ii) Complaint must be completed within 24 hours without any fail otherwise recovery shall be made double the market rate to the contractor.

S&F, in repair, HDPE water storage tank lid black (with arrangement for locking for 500/1000 litres capacity tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 75mm thick for precast SFRC drain/manholes cover without frame but including complete sides iron sheets (medium ) complying to the standard specifications as mentioned in the IS 12592 BIS Standard minimum load bearing capacity 5 ton /Sqm in circular,square or rectangular shape complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All Reinforcement and iron sheet including formwork,concrete complete the rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to included in item shall be made good by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Cleaning/opening the blockage sewage line of any size and depth all filtn/silt, foreign materials and other deposits whatsoever completely, and making the line free from all obstacles and testing the flow of sewer line evenly, smoothly by filling water. The cleaning operation will be carried out in suitable lengths by blocking the first and last manholes of sewage line and removing the silt/sludge & other deposits using Mechanical Jetting machine vehicle out side of MD land in covered van/trolley, all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement/lime mortar of any mix including all quoins pillar ashlars masonry and removal complete all as specified& directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm gradded stone agg )as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, drain channels, copings,parapets copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : - Supply only water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing admixture (ISI marked) finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors including demolition old u/s pipe complete all as specified

Disconnecting & dewatering of PVC overhead taks, scrubbing the inner surfaces, cleaning & removing all scales, dirt etc from mouth of circulating pipes, washing the tanks with fresh water and disinfecting the same by flushing with liquid chlorine or any other equivalent chemical, reconnecting & refixing in position after cleaning for tank capacity not exc 500 ltrs each including marking the date of cleaning with white paint and stencil all as required & directed. Note: Cleaning shall be done through wash out pipe by marking suitable arrangement to the outlet pipe such as cutting of the pipe providing short piece of pipe fitting and union coupling etc where the wash out pipe are not existing. The dirt etc shall not be allowed to enter the water supply system.
