Labour charges for dismantling carefully the existing ceiling /partitions with AC sheets, Plywood / Hardboard /wood etc and stacking them for reuse as per deptl.instructions.

Dismantling and removing doors with or without ventilators including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfast and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl. instructions

Dismantling and removing windows/ ventilators/shelves/cup boards/AC frames etc including removal of shutters, hinges, holdfasts and all other fittings and stacking materials as per deptl.instructions

Chipping & removing mosaic flooring / skirting in the toilet rooms and other areas very carefully without damaging the remaining portions and water supply items and removing the debris to places pointed out by the department.

Servicing of Aluminium doors including all costs for lubricating the moving parts, adjusting the spring and replacement of parts wherever necessary and rendering the shutter to operate smoothly.

Supplying and fixing pure polyester powder coated aluminium frame work of extruded sections and approved brand/manufacturer including mitring the joints, fixing the frame work with necessary screws, drilling holes in floors, walls and ceiling, providing plugs for fixing screws, finishing the sides of packing between frame work and wall/ceiling with plaster of paris,cost of timber packing if necessary, rubber lining for air tightness, providing corner cleats, etc. complete as per standard practice for glazed doors, windows, side hung as well as sliding windows, ventilators, partitions, handrails etc. including all hinges, pivots, tower bolts, peg stays, fixtures, and pure polyester powder coated aluminium approved brand beadings, handles & approved locking system at all levels.(Payment will be given for the weight of aluminium sections only)

Glazing/Panelling the Aluminium frame work of doors/other areas with 5.50 mm glass and 4 mm thick hylam sheets (40% hylam sheet aproximate) and powder coated Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors/other area)

Glazing the Aluminium frame work of windows with 3 mm or nearest thick plain glass panes and anodized Aluminium approved brand beadings, with EPDM / NEOPRINE weather seals, gaskets of EPDM or PVC etc and screws as per standard practice at all levels (Measurement for overall area of doors / windows / ventilators)

Cleaning the structural/other surface neatly at all heights, manually with suitable tools or with high pressure water jet spray (using suitable mechanical means), and scraping if required, to remove the whole accumulated dust, rust, dirt etc as per departmental instructions.

Applying water thinnable cement primer one coat for exterior and interi-or walls of approved brand and manufacture at all heights including cost of all labour, materials and scaffolding charges.

Painting with two coats of acrylic emulslon exterior paint of approved brand and shade at all heights as per manufacturer's specification including cleaning the surface well.

Painting letters or figures 2.50 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint.

Painting letters or figures above 10 cm & up to 20 cm ht. Block, Roman, Italic or Indian with any kind of paint

Providing 3 mm thick plain glass for glazed shutters partition etc with wooden fillet, putty etc. including dismantling broken glass etc.

Painting with one coat of zinc chromate yellow metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint using approved brand & quality at all heights on structural surface including cost of all paint and materials, labour charges etc.complete as per deptl instructions

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in size 600mmx600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Ceiling with 4 mm non AC plain sheets as per IS14862 screwed on to the underside of frame work already provided including necessary SS screws, wire nails & cost of all materials & scaffolding charges etc. complete as per deptl. instructions.
