The Tenderer should have Goods and Service Tax (GST) registration and PAN No issued by the Board of Direct Taxes under the Income Tax Act, 1961. The same shall upload the necessary supporting document to establish compliance for having GST registration.
The bidder shall have a minimum experience of Five years in the field of in Designing, Manufacturing, Testing & Supply of tendered materials. (Bidders shall have to upload the supporting Documents such as Purchase orders, issued by State /Central owned Transmission Utilities/Generation Utilities).
The liquid assets & availability of credit facilities of no less than 30% of the requirement(Credit lines/letter of credit/certificated from banks for meeting the funds requirements etc.,(usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 03 months in peak construction period) i.es Rs. 16,63,435.00 as on Aug-2026 as per Annexure.
The bidder should have manufactured at least 80% of the quantity of Tendered material/equipment. (Bidders have to furnish the supporting Documents such as P.O). The Bidder shall furnish the Performance Certificates for at least 30% of the tendered materials and the performance certificates should have been issued by the State/Central owned Electricity utilities / Generating utilities only, and issuing officer shall not be below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent division head. In the Performance Certificate, the equipment of tendered material should be in successful operation for at least two years as on the date of bid opening. The performance certificate shall be indicating the capacity, make, name of the sub-Division where it is installed, date of commissioning etc., in order to show that tendered materials/equipments of this bid were in successful operation for at least TWO years as on the date of bid opening
Note:KPTCL may conduct type tests as per relevant standards at its cost on a random sample of Tendered material /equipment specified in the present enquiry at any point of time during the contract at CPRI/ERDA Laboratory. However, the successful bidder shall have to bear the transportation cost. The bidder shall have to give an undertaking to this effect.
Declaration for Litigation, Not being Black Listed, Disqualification for non-performance in any of State/Central Govt Utilities for past five years, to be furnished in their letter head
Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents on Rs.500/- stamp paper.(Power of Attorney in favour of all the persons signing the documents and a certified copy by the Company Secretary/Authorized Signatory for power of attorney holder shall be attached as evidence for authentication.
The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm or a Private firm, Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013.Note: For other than proprietorship, the Bidder shall furnish the registered partnership deed and Power of Attorney.
In support, Companys Certificate of Incorporation/ Memorandum of Association/ Article of Association of the company in case of Registered Companies under companies act/ Partnership deed in case of Partnership Firm, Registration Certificate of establishment, GoK.
The Bidder shall furnish type test certificates not older than (10years) Ten years as on the date of bid opening for having conducted successful type test at CPRI/ERDA NABL accredited Laboratory test house as per the relevant IS/IEC standards on the equipment/material specified in the bid. Bidders shall have to upload the type test certificates of the material/equipment specified in the present enquiry as per the relevant IS/IEC standards.
Any other relavant documents/undertakings/certificates.
The Bidder should provide bid validity for 180 days from the date of opening of the bid on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per format.
If part or full price sheets or prices are exposed in the Techno-Commercial Sheets or Techno-Commercial Bid of the Bidder then, the offer of the Bidder will be rejected.
The offer of the Tenderer taking deviations in following clauses will be summarily rejected. Validity of offer, Earnest Money Deposit/ Bid Security, Performance Security/Contract Performance Guarantee,Payment terms. Guarantee/Warrantee,Liquidated Damages/Penalty for delay in supplies,Stipulated Delivery Schedule, Price Basis,Type Tests, Change in offered quantity against tendered quantity.
Any Tenderer/ Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Tenderer is registered with the Competent Authority. A certificate for having read the clauses specified in Section XVI of the tender documents under the heading Eligibility clauses in respect of restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/ Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India shall be uploaded by the Tenderer/ Bidder in the following format i)I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India, I certify that this Tenderer/Bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. Financial Capability corresponding to bidders highest Annual Turnover of the best one year during preceding 3 years out of last preceding Five financial Years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26) shall not be less than Rs.83,17,171.00/- The bidder shall upload audited annual financial statements such as Profit & Loss statement with UDIN for every document of the statement.
