Taking out old unserviceable HT cable and Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated PVC outer seathed and (earthed) PVC inner sheath, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductors, 11 KV(E) grade and conforming to IS : 7098 and, of size 185 sqmm, 3 core, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Earth work, protection pipe and Cable Joints,Sand cushioing,cable cover etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI Pipe light grade 100 mm dia with necessary accessories/ fittings bracing with pole/wall by FI clamps made with 32x6mm for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah/road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI Pipe light grade 80 mm dia with necessary accessories/ fittings bracing with pole/wall by FI clamps made with 32x6mm for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah/road complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m width and n.exc 1.5m in depth for taking out cable and cable cover and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per ser No-14 above but depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for tibba sand filling in trenches dry and and clean sand unwashed including punning around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- For payment purpose only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid perpendicular to cable length in trench air gap should not more than 5mm to each other after sand cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Boring under road and foot path for inserting 80/100 mm bore GI tubing for drawing UG cable, complete all as per specified and directed NOTE- GI Pipe to be paid in separate items. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L and fixing in true Vertical position prestressed concrete pole 11.00 Mtr long of size 152mm x 152mm at top and 152 mm x 260mm at bottom of class-9 confirming to relevent IS-1678-1998 code and dismantling and removing the old unsv PCC pole and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - Excavation and Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid seprately.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base of the pole or in any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of the pole or in any situation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for All T&P expenditure for tracing out the 11 KV HT UG cable fault by pin point with cable fault locating machine mounted vahicle including all T&P expenditure to rectify the fault,disconnecting faulty cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of ables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation and earth work are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Supply and fixing the HT Cable route indicator made by Jodhpur stone well finished and marking of letter "DANGER HT 11KV", size 100mmx100mm, 75cm long, 15cm grouted with 1:3:6 PCC foundation below the ground level and 60cm of marker will be elevated on ground the embossed letters of "DANGER HT 11 KV" will be painted with post office red colour and with black colour background and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of GI stay assembly set comprising of 14mm dia 400mm iron stay bow and16mm dia, 2150mm long stay rod stay plate 230x230x6mm thick, GI stay wire 7/8 SWG of required length complete with all accessories as shown in electric plate No 1 of SSR Part 1 2009 complete with excavation earth work including PCC 1:3:6 of required quantity with loop insulator, clamps nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable PG Clamp and supply and fix new PG clamp in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolt. In any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of single pole zinc oxide (gaplesssurge type) heavy duty station class, self supporting outdoor type lighting arrester having rated voltage 30 KV (rms) discharge current 65 KA insulationlevel 35/75 KV/KVP (Peak) suitable for rated system voltage of 33 KV supply system with maximum continuous operating v oltage (MCOV) not less than17.05 KV (rms) with highly non linear ceramic resister made of zinc oxide inhermetically sealed container complete with metal base, base inculator and suitable terminals for ground connections and pressure relieving arragement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The rate quoted against above item shall include necessary fixing arrangement of lightening arresster on two pole/four pole structure as per recommendations of manufactures.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 33 KV outdoor type triple pole gang operated air-break switch double stack type suitable for horizontal mounting rotating type with 9 insulator 200 amps current rating complete mechanically operated mechanism from ground level consisting of operating rod of 25 mm bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length with locking arrangement, flat iron clamp 50x6mm including MS channel of suitable size and length for fixing GOD including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 11 KV outdoor type triple pole gang operated air-break switch suitable for horizontal/Vertical mounting rotating type with mechanically operated mechanism mounted on 15 Nos insulator and steel frame with operating rod of 25 mm bore GI Pipe and locking arrangements worked from ground level for current rating 200 Amps, HT 11 KV grade including drop out fuses and necessary silver copper coating jumpers and making all electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair of Gang operated device (GOD ) Horizontal/vertical type 33 KV, 09 insulator incl replacing the male/female contact, MS jumper carrier, tinned copper flexible jumper, back connector plate, porcelain post insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

M&L for repair of Gang operated device (GOD ) Horizontal/vertical type 11 KV, 12/15 insulator incl replacing the male/female contact, MS jumper carrier, tinned copper flexible jumper, back connector plate, porcelain post insulator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

S&F in replacement 32/25 mm bore heavy grade GI pipe including all fitting for HT 11 KV Gang operated air break switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for checking , tightening & Replacement of jumpers , clamps connectors of 33 KV bus bar for the Power transformer in the yard / sub station complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for straightening of cross arms with clamps including tightening of nut bolts , washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for resagging of overhead conductor section of 33/11 KV including binding/re-binding of conductor with suitable size of wire and providing of jumpers at the ends as per site requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 40 to 70m and 3 run of Al conductor will be consider as one span (ii) Due care shall be given while resagging of overhead conductor that there shall be no damage to pin/post/disc insulator and pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.(iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department and T&P will be provided by contractor.

M&L for replacement of rusted/broken GI earth wire of 4 mm dia for guard on Overhead line by providing reels and clamps and any other items required for fixing as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down of old ACSR conductor from HT pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, stringing, testing and commissioning of ACSR insulated rabbit conductor of size 6/1/3.35 mm binding with insulators including binding materials and connection of all services connections/existing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for new ACSR conductor including binding of wire and providing jumpers at the end as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of defective/damaged type Pin type, pocelain, vitreous, white brow or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvaanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade with fixing on existing 2 pole/4pole/single pole including taking down of old unsv insulator and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable 33 KV pin insulator incl taking out 33 KV OH ACSR conductor and supply and fix 33 KV pin type, porcelain, vitreous, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut for fixing of insulator on HT pole incl refixing the OH ACSR conductor at the same place incl binding the conductor to insulator with new binding wire. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of defective/damaged Disc insulators suitable for 33 KV overhead conductors including removing/providing jumpers with line conductors as per required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply ,fixing and testing in replacement of battery backup power pack of rating 100 VA for output 110 V DC and input 110/230 V AC complete connected to existing HT VCB Panel of 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electric outdoor/indoor Power transformer 33 KV capacity upto 2000 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from 2/4 pole structure/plinth or from inside sub station for major/Minor repair and transportation to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop complete all as specified and directed . Note : (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Labour for strip opening of Power transformer up to 2000 KVA & physical joint inspection of core coil assembly (removing all 3 limb HV & LV winding from core assembly) , washing of core assembly hot oil for removing burnt carbon & copper particles & cleaning of complete top yoke by oil , reassembly of complete core assembly & core coil assembly rewinding with new coils and new tap leads of OLTC, re-taning, tightening of top cover , fixing of HV and LV bushing, OLTC overhauling, Filling of New oil, conservator tank and Drying/Ovening of complete CCA in vaccum Chamber & continues monitoring for Improvement of IR Value. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) The quoted rates shall be deemed to include minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers of different sizes and gasket from top cover ,4.0mm/6.0mm (ii) HT/LT leg coils, HV/LV Bushing including brass spindle and transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule. (iii) Contractor shall submit one year guarantee after date of commissioning of the transformer.

Supply only HT/LT coils with super enamelled copper wire/strip /DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for ON load centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine electric operated without any shutdown of transformer including testing oil sample before and after dehydration and filteration oil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid for separate (ii) Contractor have to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit from his own resources without any extra cost. (iii) dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 45 KV at 2.5 mm gap (iv) Record of dehydration to be maintained duly sign by GE, Engr-in Charge & Contractor

Supply and filling the transformer oil in factorey sealed barrel with IS-336 of di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap and toping up the oil where ever required in Army area Nagtalao and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preventive maintance /servicng and testing of power transformer 2.0 MVA of 33/11KV at MRSS Ralawas, following test shall be carried out at site by calibrated instrument (calibration certificate shall be submitted) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a). Magnetic balance test (b). IR Test (c).WTO/OTI tripping (d).Oil level and leakage (e). Transformer oil test (i). earthing valve check body and netural (ii).Megar/dielectric streanth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting electrically & mechanically indoor/outdoor transforemrs upto 800 KVA capacity carefully for prevent/stoping for leakage of transformer oil by welding / tightening the loose points at site, including opening of top cover, draining out transformer oil and other items and storing the oil in suitable container including replacement of all unserviceable gasket, replacing the unsv HT/LT porcelain Bushing/studs as directed after repairing/stoping of oil leakage the same re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts ie.porcelain Bushing, brass spindle, gasket, nuts, bolts,and washers if reqd are deemed to be included in above quoted rates.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of breather incl silica gel complete with all accessories for transformer of capacity up to 800 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for replacement of oil level indicator of Transformer of any Cap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement Thermometer of transformer capacity upto 2000 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement the off load Tape changer device suitable to 63 to 500 KVA indoor/outdoor transformer with fixing arragment and making connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable existing plate earthing with bore well earthing the help of mechanical boring machine of 150 mm dia, 30 mtr depth with 50 mm dia medium GI pipe 30 meter length duly drilled all around 15 mm dia hole at a distance of 500 mm from hole to hole upto min 20 mtr depth upto water level including supply and fix 150 mm dia UPVC casing pipe heavy duty 6 mm wall thickness-6 mtr length and help of suitable size clamp with nut bolt and washer -01 No. including 32x6 mm GI strip upto 7.5 mtr in ground and connected to transformer/VCB/GOD, grounding of borewell with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 / Brick masonry pit of size 60x60x45cm complete and give the minimum earth test result below 1.0 Ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The charge for mechanical boring machine,UPVC Pipe, GI Pipe, GI Strip & PCC work is deemed to be include in above quoted rate.

Dismantling of existing earth continuity and M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanized strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of existing test point and Supply and fix test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75X75X25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning, scraping out old rubbed paint / rust & Painting of transformer complete with two coat of spray painting with synthetic enamelled gray paint (first grade) by spray painting machine on transformer & Making SM NO on surface of transformer of Different capacity outdoor / Indoor type fixed on poles or in Sub Station at different location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm and geeting out in any type of soil incl cutting and removing grass, vegetation, bushes/shrubs etc from surrounding of 02 Pole/ 4 Pole structure and LT/ HT Panel E/M installations and removing all rubbish and dressing the gravel/soil and spaying the one time herbicide approved brand (Roundup/Noweed) to prevent the further vegetation and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying the graded coarse aggregate 40mm size for E/M installations of 33KV MRS yard/2/4 pole HT/LT pole structures/surrounding area of RMU including cleaning the vegetation developed and making plane of surfece and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying the graded coarse aggregate 20mm size for E/M installations of 33KV MRS yard/2/4 pole HT/LT pole structures/surrounding area of RMU including cleaning the vegetation developed and making plane of surfece and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying 40 to 50 mm thick quarry faced stone slab 25 to 30 cm wide and not exceeding 60 cm long laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent patties n.exc 10 mm for 33KV yard/sub stn protection for aggreagte complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting with two coat alunium colours at 33 KV MRS Yard ( 14Nos ) Tower pole 12 mtr height horizental arms and other structures etc complete including all clamps,bars,iron item inside the yard as per site existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of cross arms, bracing supports clamps,MS sheet from structural steel sections including steel poles/Tower poles and mud clay on RCC pole( 2 Pole & 4 Pole also including) before painting completely clean the rust on iron complete as directed . Note :- The item included in the painting 3 Nos 30 cm wide bands black & White synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer upto 1.0 mtr high above foundation and writing the pole No in 5 cm wide on base of Black colour with HT complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the branches/trees near the HT OH line upto clearance area 5mtr around OH line by cutting the branches and removing the wastage from site to disposal area and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :-(i) The necessary man power tool and plant , cutting tools and JCB if required for cutting/ prunning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job (ii) Proper shut down will be taken from JE E/M only.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil including removal n.exc 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F MS angle Iron / FI fillets as in fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc conforming to Fe 410-O or Fe 310-O complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work including of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rolled steel section framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including all necessary bolting or riveting welding etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamalled paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 100mm width or girth, including preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Per sqm weight of chain link fencing shall be determined by BOO detailed by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/ MS round bar (Any numbers), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note. Supply of flat iron, MS round bar & chain link shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only)

S & F 12 mm dia MS screw bolts any size (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends, fitted with washer and one one hexagonal nut exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing only MS rounded bars Fe-290 (Gde-165) 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bend to shape as required as in tie bars, secured with nut, bolt and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork, PCC or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling Jodhpur type regular course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 mixed on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Fixing in replacement Caution plate “CAUTION MEN AT WORK" of size 40cmx30cm made out of ACP Sheet with Red coloured complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix danger notice plate/marking plate of size 60cmx30cm with the use of ACP sheet, vitrous enamelled white with latters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of appropriate size for 11 KV system IS : 2551-1982. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
