2. We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, we shall commence the work within start date as specified in Bid document. In case of any default in this regard, we understand that this shall be considered as our event of default and therefore NHAI may forfeit Performance Security. The whole work shall be completed within the period stated in the Bid document.

3. We agree to abide by this Bid for the period of 120 days from the date fixed for receiving the same, and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the expiry of that period.

4. Unless and until a formal Agreement is prepared and executed, this Bid together with your written acceptance thereof, shall constitute a binding contract between us.
