M&L for repair/servicing of 1250 KVA, 50 Hz ± 3 Hz (minimum) 3 phase 400V,1080A DTH <3% at nominal power inverter suitable to convert DC power of solar PV module/array to AC for further feeding to grid. The input D.C. tech specification of inverter are as under- Max DC power : 1200 KWp MPP range : 380-820V Max current : 2000A No. of MPPT trackers : As per design No of input string : As per design Operating temperature : (-)10º to (+)85ºC. The inverter consist of associated control, protection, data loging device and remote monitoring hardware. Note : (i) The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included all minor spares etc.

M&L for repair/maintenance of 5 KVA UPS for Weather monitoring station complete with power back up of VRLA tubular wet batteries of appropriate rating, battery backup duration minimum of 2 hours complete all as specified & directed. Note : (i) The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to included all minor spares etc.

S&F of crystalline silicon solar PV modules of not less than 320 Wp each having efficiency more than 16% at standard test condition, fill factor more than 0.80 plant performance ratio more than or equivalent to 80% in accordance with IEC:61724 & made of high transmittivity glass and glass front surface shall give high encapsulation gain. M&L for repair/maintenance of Plant control SCADA/Data Logger for tracking of solar generation data complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for repair/maintenance of Module cleaning arrangement - includes pipeline pumps, water storage tanks, valves, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for carrying out servicing/calibration of HT VCB panel including VCB 630/400 Amps, , after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, rewiring of burnt out/unsv VCB panel wiring complete, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., under the supervision of authorised dealer/ representative and refixing the panel in its original position with complete painting of VCB Panel and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge.
