Drilling/Boring of 125 mm diameter Tubewell by Air Rotary Drilling Rig Unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125mm diameter as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-II) with upto date amendments encountered. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones, including collecting samples from different strata after every 10-feet in transperant containers/boxes for proper visualization/inspection, then preparing and submitting of strata chart/ bore log /Job card. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. The job also includes Development of Tube well with backwash method with air compressor unit of required capacity with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Fe 410 mild steel bevel ended 125mm nominal Dia casing pipe conforming to IS:4270:2001 with upto date amendments of reputed & approved make, including painting outside surface with two coats of anticorrosive paint of approved brand and manufacture, including required transportation, hire & labour charges, fitting/ welding and necessary accessories, all complete for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The casing pipe must be slotted accroding to specific site requirements and the instructions provided by the site engineer, ensuring proper function and adherence to project specifications.

Providing/Laying of Plain Cement Concrete block of size 4ftx4ftx1ft in 1:3:6 mix to give adequate strength to act as a sanitary block for the well.

Harnessing and yield test of the tube well by way of shifting machinery to site including DG set, submersible pumping unit, Tripod for lowering and uplifting of pumping unit along with column pipes and all other necessary tools and tackles required for completion of the job in accordance with IS:2800 (Part-I&II) to establish maximum rate of usable water yield free from sand and chemical contents by installing a test pump (submersible pumping unit suitable for the bore well). The pumping operation of well shall be continued till the desired results are achieved by step draw down method.

Site Preparation by way of: a) Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical menus including disposal of material within 50 meters lead us per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix. /c equivalent design mix) 0.70m x 0.30m x 4.5m b) Extracting and stacking MS Fencing part wise, from cement concrete block work, stacked within a lead of 50 meters. c) Excavation in dumped stones or malba including stacking of serviceable and unserviceable material separately and disposal of unserviceable material lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed material to be neatly dressed for making access to the drilling machine to the exploration site. d) Construction of temporary ramp for drilling machine access by way of excavation, filling and compaction of river soling available within a reach of 10-20meters. e) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but including the cost of centring shuttering and 12mm thick cement plaster to new work in (1:3 cement sand ratio). All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 0.60m x 0.30m x4.5m. f) Re-fitting of extracted chain Link fencing with MS posts in the cement concrete block including welding of posts and other necessary metal works and completion of job. The job shall Include labour charges for shifting and Installation of fencing consumables, hire charges for welding machine and generator only.
