Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard dense complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation in hard and dense soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting incl watering as necessary, filling in the depressions which occur during the process, with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soling (or sub base) 150 mm Spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, in two layer (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less each) rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 08 & 11 :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 52/- per kg of bitumen (less consumption) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder ( paving bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix as in semi dense asphaltic concrete rolled and compacted to reqd camber complete all as specified and directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread in one layer (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less ) rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair to continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick (Sub class 'B' Brick); laid dry on end vertically including all necessary earth work/removal of old damaged brick edging complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5mm thick including reflecting glass beads incl cost of all materials, labour, machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work incl all other charges. The finished surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification No. 803 as per IRC. Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc. on roads, pavements and the like n exc. 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregates) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel above 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, type C-1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete, type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate), as in cover slab for manhole cover, landing, setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded agregate as in copings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or cocrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel painting on brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces over priming paints incl preparation of new or previously intreated surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with end of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 190-0 or Fe-165-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for newly painting to steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel of Fe-410 (Gde E-250) quality B for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. ( cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.
