S/R to RD Road T-5 to Sunapanga such as SDBC from Ch 0/000 to 1/100 Km for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of tres cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of serviciable materials to be used up to lead of 1000m including removal and disposal top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per the direction of the EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 and Clause 305 of MoRT and H Specifications for Road and Bridge works

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion of prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.2kg/sqm using mechaical clause 503 of MosRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Over B.T.surface (2kg/10sqm)

Providing surface dressing with 12kg penetration grade bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm size nominal size chips per sqm and rolling with PRR with hire and running charges of PRR but excluding cost conveyance of chips (To be used for minor repair works Unit Sqm)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonne per hour using crushed saggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filter transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrastatic paver finished with sensor control too the require grade level and alignment rolling with smooth vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per the specification of MoRT&H Cluuse 508 complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board as per MoRD specification and drawing three M.S.plate of 1.6mm thick top and niddle plate duly welded with M.S. flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back of edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S. angel iron frame of 25xm25mmx5mm The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2nos 75mmx75mm of 12 SWG sheet tube posts duly embeded with cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mmx600mm below ground level The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12 SWG steel plate. All M.S. will be stove enameld on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows boarder etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All Sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause annexure 300.800.1700 of MoRD as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecing direction and place identifictions of semi reflective sign boards of size upto 0.90 sqm as per IRC:67made of 2mm thick M.S. sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective boarder of 70mm width and required message letters figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MoRD specificationsof required shade and colour. supported and welded on 47mmx47mm of 12 SWG square tube of 3050mm height duly strengthened by 25mmx5mm MS flat iron on edges nn back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450mmx450mmx600mm, 600mm below ground level as per approved drawing and MoRD technical specification Clause 300,800,1700 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (Inter mediate board)

Supplying fitting and fixing of 15cm dia 1.00m long guard post of RCC M20 using 3.5kg steel for each guard post with 20mm down graded chips including cost of all materiasls reiinforcement centering shuttering and watering etc. complete as per the specficiation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
