M&L in repair for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 20mm dia, section of GI straps in 38x5mm, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement Lightning arrester non liner resistor type conforming to IS 3070 Part I complete line with all fittings transmision class, discharge class-2 nominal discharge current 10KA & high discharge 100 KVA assembly suitable for 11 KV incl clamps, nuts, bolts & washers & connecting to earth with 4mm dia GI wire all as specefied and directed.

M&L in replacement stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length fixed to pole with and including FI clamps 50 x 6 mm size bolt, nuts washers, GI steel stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long stay bow 400 x 14mm, GI steel plate 300 x 300 x 6mm, two nos thimble loop insulator of size 90x140mm clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR part - I 2009 including the following :- (i) Excavation in post holes 0.42 mtr x 0.42 Mtr on plan & 1.67 Mtr deep for pole foundation in any type of soil, returning filling & well ramming including disposal soil to distance not exc. 50 mtrs from starting point complete all as specified and directed. (ii) PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregated as in foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 80 mm bore dia GI steel tubing light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for protection of Cable/ GI wire/ GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement 100 mm bore dia GI steel tubing light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for protection of Cable/ GI wire/ GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel, earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron/steel all as shown in in electrical plate No 5 on page 19-49 of MES schedule 1991 Part I connected to main switch board /main DBs/ earthing test point Including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil common salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150 mm thick all-round the GI earth plate, watering pipe 20 mm dia G I medium grade . All as per Sr item No. 16 but GI earth strip 32x6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts, washers of GI steel 40mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr long watering pipe with one socket and plug on top and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5 mtr including PCC chamber RCC cover with lifting handle, layer of charcoal & salt including necessary excavation & earth work all as shown in EP No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed.

All as per Sr item No. 16 but using copper plate 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick electrode and copper strip 20x3mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts, washers of GI steel 40mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr long watering pipe with one socket and plug on top and 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth strip upto a length of 7.5 mtr incl PCC chamber RCC cover with lifting handle, layer of charcoal & salt including necessary excavation & earth work all as shown in EP No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of aluminium paint of approved quality including preparation of existing old painted surface of steel tubular pole HT complete including flat iron clamps, bracing, cross arms etc and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint over a circular painted base complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening/ restringing existing loose/broken conductor ACSR/copper any type or size including binding with suitable binding wire and jointing jumpers as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening and restringing existing loose/broken continuous GI wire 4 mm dia on existing HT over head lines including stringing all as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry clean sand filling in trenches below and around under ground cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Trimming of trees/branches from HT/LT pole clearing 2 meter horizontal 7.2 meter vertical distance from both side of conductor including shifting of cut trees from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of HT jumper of existing two/four pole structure of transformer etc including using winding of ACSR conductor (Weasel) 11 KV, including PG clamp nut, bolts, thimbles and washers etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of defective transformer (indoor/outdoor) type capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA, 11/433 KV copper wound from power mains and dismantling the same from 2/4 pole structure/plateform mounted substation at site and opening for removing of the unserviceable parts i.e. bushing, bushing rod, stud, lugs, nut & bolts as required and re-assembling after carrying out required repair and installation on existing 2/4 pole structure/plateform with neccessary arrangements including connecting up electricallly, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : U/S, worn out items required replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch.

M&L for HT porcelain bushing complete with brass finned copper rod with nuts & bolts, gasket complete capacity transformer 25 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing in replacement of Amp meter 11 KV, 0-200 Amp with CT set suitable for 110/240 volt AC supply, flush type 96x96 mm digital type with LCD display and LED indicator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of indicator lamp 24 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration / filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer/ OCB installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 45 to 60 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling of transformer oil in transformer/ OCB for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 40-60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to IS-335 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration (all connections and Mechanism) cleaning servicing overhauling testing complete of 11KV OCB/VCB(SF6) as mentioned below a). Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV 3 core cables from the electric system and calibrating the CTs of each VCB/OCB with the help of primary injection kit and testing it for proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT cables complete in panels. b). Taking out overcurrent relay 02 Nos and Earth fault relay 01 No and calibration of relays with the help of secondary injection kit, and proper setting of relays and refixing back in existing positions testing of proper tripping system in presence of Engr-in-charge c). Inspecting, servicing and checking all connections of control winding, proper availability of supply AC/DC, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them, cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting complete testing it making OCB/VCB set trouble free service in full satisfaction of Engr-in-charge and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide one under coat , one finishing coat with aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer Oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/ outdoor type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Megger the defective winding portion/taking out ,cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate gauge/ winding wire/strip winding of existing, description for transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA/including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed by the Engineer-In-Charge,. Note:- 1. Winding of coil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. 2. Transportation charges are inclusive in the quoted rates. 3. The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if required shall be measured and paid separately. 4. The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet etc are inclusive in the coated rates.

Supply and fix in repair battery bank unit with 12 Volt dry rechargeable batteries 80 AH in 02 Nos with in-built charger of 150 AH operating on 230 Volt, 50 Hz AC power supply complete with indicator lamp voltmeter and ameter and PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable single core 10 Sqmm of appx length 10m duly connected with brass terminal lugs both ends and suitable length appx 20 m of cable flexible 2 core 2.5 Sqmm from chargeable power/light plug to unit with 5 Amp plug top complete all as specified and directed.

S & F guard cradles, make to shape, hexagonal / rectangular or any other shape directed by Engineer-in-charge, fabricated out of 4 mm dia GI wire including 14 SWG binding wire, MS channel, clamps as required and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of pole / floor/plinth finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HT insulation tapes ISI Marked for terminating high voltage cables for insulation sealing of connection of wire and cable for bus bar insulation, transformer terminal insulation etc complete all as specified and directed.
