Supply of Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Single Core, Copper Conductor, Copper shielded, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semi conductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Copper Braid, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to specification as specified in technical specification and having shield resistance less than 5 Ohm per Km of the following size as required and suitable for communication on existing ALCMS system. (FAA certified cable only). a) 6 Sq, mm.

Supply of 2C x 6 sq.mm. 600 Volts grade, flexible copper conductor, EPR insulated and CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene, cross - linked, heavy duty) / PCP (Polychloroprene) outer sheath (Black colour), Secondary cable for Airfield Lighting (AFL) circuits as specified in technical specification etc. complete as required. (FAA certified cable only).

Supply of following sizes 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary Connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor copper braided, XLPE insulated, PE outer sheathed shielded cable as offered in item No.1 etc, complete as required and confirming to the specifications. (FAA certified connector only). a) 6 sq mm.

Supply of Fire Retardant Yellow/Green 4 sq. mm. Single Core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, 1100 Volts Conforming to IS: 694.

Laying of high density polyethylene HDPE pipe of OD 63 mm complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc. in the shoulder/runway/taxiway for GLF work i/c machine cutting of runway/taxiway/shoulder surface of width 110 mm and upto 150 mm deep, refilling & making good the same by concreting/bitumen finish as per the site requirement. (Note: HDPE Pipe shall be provided by AAI).

Dismantling of existing in pavement Taxi stand light / Taxi Centre Line circuits by disconnection of Primary side and shortening the same and secondary side Isolating Transformer (IT), Addressable Switching Device (ASD), Secondary Cable from the Box and returning temporarily to AAI Store as required.

Dismantling of Transformer Housing Box of size up to 750 mm x 330 mm x 450 mm or 330 mm x 330 mm x 450 mm (H) made out 6 mm thick MS sheet and top cover 10 mm thick MS sheet with three compartment and returning to AAI store.

Dismantling of cable laid in existing pipe / Duct of size up to 25 Sq. mm., upto 5 KV grade and returning to AAI store.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / Power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonary trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth upto 30 mm and width upto 15mm for 1 or 2 nos secondary lead along with earth cable and laying of secondary lead and earth cable by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required and as per instruction of Engineering-in-Charge.

Kerf cutting with Machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/Bituminous surface of depth upto 50 mm and width upto 15 mm for 3 or 4 nos secondary lead along with earth cables and laying of secondary lead and earth cables by wrapping cotton tape i/c refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required and as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and making end termination of Secondary lead with secondary connector kit along with supply of secondary connector kit etc. complete as required. (FAA certified connector only).

Providing and fixing of 6 SWG G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with cable for loop earthing etc. as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including any form of work etc. as required.

Constructing RCC Chamber of Length 1.5 mtr X 1.5 m (Breadth) X 1.5 m (Depth) inside using Reinforced cement concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 Coarse sand: 3 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and centering, shuttering including stutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete and Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more and providing & fixing of chequred plate of 10 mm thick on the top with suitable MS channels affixed onto the chamber body and designing of the chamber, getting the design vetted by reputed Govt. (Agency/University) Institution etc. as required and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, fixed on the walls of trench with MS angle support including G.I. bolts & nuts, painting of MS angle etc. as required. (a) 300 mm width X 62.5 mm depth X 2.0 mm thickness.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable sleeve including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE copper conductor cable of upto 1.1 KV grade as required. (a) 2 X 6 sq. mm.

Making temporary arrangement for all the circuits disturbed during reconstruction to make the circuits Operational while handing over for operation day to day basis including all materials, tools, spares, consumables, co-ordination as required till completion of the job and subsequently the final Commissioning of the Taxiway Centre Line Lights, Apron Stand Lights by disconnecting the temporary connection and connecting with the Final Laid circuit at the reconstructed portion i/c necessary connections, interconnections as required for Integration of the new system.

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers (IT) encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections confirming to specification as required suitable for below mentioned fittings and following applications. (FAA Certified Isolating Transformers suitable to be operated on ALCMS System at Kolkata Airport). a) 200 Watt, 6.6A/6.6A (suitable for approach light fittings and PAPI light fittings).

Supply of following rating 5000V, 50 Hz Series Isolating Transformers (IT) encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene type rubber and with primary and secondary connections confirming to specification as required suitable for below mentioned fittings and following applications. (FAA Certified Isolating Transformers suitable to be operated on ALCMS System at Kolkata Airport). a) 65 Watt, 6.6A/6.6A (suitable for STOP BAR light fittings).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Yellow filter for modification of Green/Green TCL ATG make Fittings, Single Lead TCL fitting of ATG make, Model No-ZA280.

Supply of Bi-directional inset type High Intensity Runway Light fitting meeting ICAO standard complete with halogen lamp, lens, filter, shallow base etc. complete as required. a) Runway Edge light inset type ZA483 clear/clear Runway Edge Light.

Provision of vehicle @ 50 kms per day for Site supervision of entire length of work on daily basis i/c provision of speed governor, driver, fuel, ADP, AEP passes, Insurance etc. as directed by the EIC.
