Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Execvation in drain channel in all kind of soil and disposal of all excavated surplus soil and dressing properly to required grade with in all lead & lift complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge ( With in Existing trace of Kuhl)

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth work with in all lead & lift complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement: 6sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:510(1cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) with 15% plum and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Retaining /Breast walls the size of plums shall usually be 150mm to 300mm as per the specification complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement: 4sand: 8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 ½ :3(1cement:1 ½ sand:3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Foundation footing , basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. thick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2 :4(1cement:2 sand:4graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete workin Suspended floor, roof, landing, balconies, shelves and thwir supports balconies, beams girder bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level, complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying mild /tor steel reinforcement for RCC. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness)portions and the like including attached pilaster buttresses plinth and string course and the like

Flat surface such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors etc. up to 200mm in thickness within all leads and lifts

Edges of Slabs & floor etc. within all leads and lifts

Laying, jointing and testing of HDPE pipes of following class & working pressure in trenches confirming to IS 4984-2016 with but fusion welding,including all short pieces such as Nipple, socket/collar,bendes etc, complete with in all lead & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.( Earth work to be measured & paid separately)

Providing & fixing of 90/80 mm dia hydrant post of G.I / HDPE pipe of following sizes enclosed in MS chamber box of approved sizeand fitted with PP valves,connecting nipple, Tee as required from main/sub main than grouting with concrete and riser pipe well protected with in in all lead & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing in trenches galvanized mild steel screwed and socketed/flanged pipes of following diameter and class, in trenches i/c carriage of pipes from Divisional Store to site of work,including manfacturing reducers/ tapers, all short pieces and G.I bends, Tee, G.I Unions etc. as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measured and paid alongwith pipes). The rate also includes , flushing,cleaning hydraulic testing of Pipes, complete to the statisfaction of Engineer-in charge with in all lead & lift (Earth work in trenches will be measured & paid seperaly)

Providing & Fixing of CI Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto 300mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984class-II for dia. 300 mm) in outlet, Scour and inlet pipe of G.I With M.S flange T-5 i/c welding and fix the sluice valve with flanged pipe complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work in single sections including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint iIn single stanchions composed of rolled steel joists or channels with caps bases ,splices ,angles ,brackets etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of tamper proof thimbledchain lock within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of MS Manhole cover Fabricated with MS Protection Panel 750 mm x750mm made with MS Angle 40 x40 x4 mm for frame, MS Angle 30x30 x3 mm for cover. MS Flat 25 x5mm for fixing of sliding door bolt and MS Sheet( 12gauge) 2.50 mm thick for protection of manhole covers of storage tanks including the cost of cutting and welding of MS angle & in RCC slab, by drilling holes in MS angle & in RCC slab, provision for providing and fixing sliding door bolt 300 x16mm MS Handle 100 mm, Lock and applying a coat of red lead paint & painting two coat with steel paint ( Firoza Blue) complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Restoration of damaged path of street or road on crossing during providing ,laying & jointing of pipe as in original position omplete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
