Notes: For Item Ser No 2 to 7:- (a) Contractor may visit the site before quoting of tender to assess the actual requirement of works and no extra cost will be entertained on this account. (b) Out door unit comprising compressor with motor,air cooled copper condenser with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building/on roof top. (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cables as per site requrement, all these items are to be provided by contractor and no extra cost will be paid to contractor on this account. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after completion of installation work etc. (e) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth suitable for installation of indoor/outdoor unit or powder coated MS bracket fixed on wall / roof top as per manufacture's instruction with necessary grouting MS hold fast, bolts, washers duly painted and making good to disturbed surfaces suitable for installing outdoor/indoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Contractor has to provide all types of tools, any type of materials required for cold room and contractor will be fully responsible for complete testing of plant after completion of work. (g) Contractor has to provide half yearly complete servicing upto 01 years (checking refrigerent pressure, loose connection,leakage of refrigerant,topup of refrigerant if required, servicing and cleanning of PCB) will be provided by OEM and no extra cost will be paid on this account.

M&L for replacement of sub main wiring complete using 4 runs of 10 sqmm and two runs of 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multistranded copper conductor ISI marked 1100 V grade in surface/concealed PVC conduit fixed in wall/floor,passing through wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes:- (i) Necessary PVC rigid junction boxes for identifying junction as required on site/directed by Engr-in-charge for point wiring work with PVC dummy plates shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Six runs of cable and one run of conduit /cassing & capping with necessary accessories will be measured as one unit length. (iii) The wiring shall be done strictly by following proper colour coding using red, yellow and blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth leads.

Suppy & fix in replacement for fixing sheet metal enclosures DBs 4 way double door with 200 amps rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suppy & fix MCB TPN 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
