Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc, cutting around adges making good by applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of VG-30 grade 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleared surfaces with gunny bag to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer by using paving bitumen of V-10 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour laying, spreading 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.50 % binder content of bitumen of VG-30 grade by weight of total mix, made with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to reqd camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( Note :- (i) Work shall be executed as per design mix approved by the GE. (ii) Filler shall be cement (OPC-43 Grade) (iii) Any variatiion in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. However, if binder content works out to be on minus side during design process (i.e less than 5.50%) same shall be adjusted considering the bitumen rate given in particular specification.

Material and labour for repairs to unlevelled/uneven surfaces by filling in premixed bituuminous macadam using paving bituminous VG-30 @ 4% by weight of total mix laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller (consolidated thickness of 75mm or less) and laid by mechanical paver finisher all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Making strips straight line, zebra crossing centre line, edge line and stop lines not less than 2.50 mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (White or Yellow) including admixture layer of glass beads conforming to BS-6088 and MOST specification by using automatic indigenous modern propeller mechanical road marking maching including cleaning reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm of exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per the code of practice for road marking paints and cleaning of all dirt scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply anf dixing for dual directional reflective cat eye of high impact resistant ABS plastic solid state double moulded solid state die stud 100x115mm having ultra violet resistant colours (White/ Yellow/ Red) having micro cuble corner spark glowwith four round discs containing 28 mini retro-reflective glass beads of colour of white/Yellow/Red to a side provided with steel zink plated nails of 12mm dia and 120mm long and fixed on road by hammpering including removing, taking out cats eyes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for clearance of road side berms including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out roots of bushes/vegetation growth upto 30 cm depth and disposal or rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforcement) in ground floors and paving exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per Square centimeter in field using 400 Kg of cement per cum thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed

Forming construction joints 30mm deep X 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound 'A' grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete as in kerb stones with plain fair faces including rounded, chamfered on edges, weatherings, throating etc in PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary forms and moulds and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base floor/floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick plain cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed coloured precast interlocking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work in Cm (1:6) using Sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan, exc 6 mtr mean radius and pointed flush as the work proceeds on external face of the wall below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 22.00 but except bricks.

Cleaning of bricks/cement mortar from bricks and rubbish off the premises stacking for measurement including all handling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in Cm (1:4) surfaces finished even and fair with out using extra cement on walls all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and as directed.
