Supply of CI Sluice valve 100 mm dia, Non rising spindle type, double flanged at site of work as per IS 14846, PN 1.0. MAKE: IVC/ KBL/ any DJB approved

Supply of MS special-made out of 10mm thick- MS Flange 100mm dia paintings both sides with black anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved brand. Materials supply at site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of MS special Bend 100mm dia painting both sides with black anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved brand. Materials supply at site complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator (3D) with driver and fuel include cost of service of operating staff and supply of lubricating oil.

Hiring of DG Set of 62KVA with fuel, operator and transportation for the welding work and other works as required at site.

Dewatering of rising main by submersible pump set of suitable capacity at site of work.

Safety arrangement like Air Face Mask, Air Line, Helmet, Gum Boots, Hand Gloves, Safety Belts, Portable Ladder, First Aid Box, Caution Tape, Barrier Cone, Litmus Paper, Torch, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working.

Lighting arrangement at site of work for safe working men and materials as per site requirement.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site as per drawing/ direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during work at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. (16.81 DSR-18 Excluding GST)

Replacement of 100mm dia line inside nallah underground of main ring road crossing Inderprastha Park near main gate to millennium park near main gate by fixing of newly supplied MS pipe 100 mm dia with the help of all labour like Fitter, Cutter, Welder, Helper, Beldar, Supervisor, Electrician and Chowkidar and material like Welding Machine, Cutter Set i/c Oxygen, LPG set etc, and Welding Rod, T&P along with its Transportation i/c loading unloading complete at site of work.

Constructing Chamber 200X200X100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) for sluice valve etc 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 Coarse sand) for the safety of sluice valve at site.

Fabrication of M.S. jall on the top of chamber for the safety of sluice valve size 200X200X100 cm . The jall frame should be made from 40x40x6 mm. angle. And filled with 12mm M.S. Square bar at a distance of 75 mm. This work includes cutting, welding grinding, finishing etc. as required with transportation loading unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles with heavy / manual labour.

Painting of MS jall with min two coat anti corrosive primer and min two coat synthetic enamel paint as well as chamber by cement paint including cost of thinner and all auxiliary material like, emery paper, brush etc required at site with cost of labour

Testing and commissioning of rising main on full pressure and as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.
