Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc.(Not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge ,disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in (All kind of soil)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering –All work upto plinth level 1:3:6 using 30% plum of nallah split stone ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) crushed

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) .Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in suspended floors, balconies, landings and staircase having upto 15° slope. excluding cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto floor V level

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and medium tensile steel bars

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for mass concrete

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.Using M.S. angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to steel windows by welding

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix: : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing strips in joints of terrazzo/ cement concrete floors.Glass strips 40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

Providing and fixing aluminum sliding door bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :250x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :100x10 mm

Providing and fixing aluminum handles ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 course sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth crushed.

Providing & fixing electric points complete in all respect as per necessary as site

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading/ unloading and stacking complete.

Sand for an average distance of 150 Km by M.T

Stone aggregate size below 40mm for an avg distance of 70 km by M.T

Brick for an average distance of 120 km by M.T

Stone for an average distance of 5 Km bhy M.T
