Removing the existing worn out/unserviceable A.C. sheets of the Auditorium and shifting them to a place as decided by the Officer-in -charge.

Supplying and fixing 0.50 mm thick white precoated Galvanised Iron sheets of approved brand with HP self tapping screws with 35 X 35 x 4 mm M.S.angles painted with yellow primer , applying sealent on top surface whereever required for preventing leakage all complete as per direction of the Officer -in-charge.

Supplying and fixing Stainless steel mechanical turbo ventilators of approved brand and size with 1.50 mm thick polycarbonate base for extracting the heat from top portion of Auditorium .

Supplying and fixing rain water gutter of 1.50 mm thick approved brand and size with 1.50 mm thick PVC or fibre sheet for drainage of rain water from roof of Auditorium and Multipurpose hall as decided by the Officer-in -charge.

Providing and fixing Service door of size 3 feet × 4.5 feet of CRC metal sheet with material 35x35×4mm MS angles , painting with yellow primer and synthetic enamel paint all door fittings complete of approved brand and manufacture as decided by the Officer-in -charge.

Supplying and fixing service door ladder made of 50×25mm ,14 guage MS pipes painted with yellow primer and synthetic enamel paint as approved by the competent authority.

Supplying and fixing weldmesh with 25×25x 3 mm MS angles painted with yellow primer of approved brand and manufacture for exhaust fans as per direction of the Officer-in -charge.

Removing the existing worn out/unserviceable fibre glass sheets of Multipurpose Hall Passage and shifting them to a place as decided by the Officer-in -charge.

Supplying and fixing 0.50 mm thick white precoated Galvanised Iron sheets of approved brand with HP self tapping screws with 50 X 50 x 14 guage MS pipes with yellow primer , applying sealent on all sides whereever required for preventing leakage all work complete as per direction of the Officer -in-charge.

Scrapping the old plastered internal surface with sand paper and coating the entire surface with mixture of whiting or glue and linseed oil including scaffolding etc. complete as per direction of the Officer -in-charge.

Providing and applying gypsum plaster ( with Gypsum material ) with finishing with gypsum material in 10 to 13 millimeter thickness to previously plastered surface / or on newly brick surface ( Excluding rough cast plaster ) in all position including preparing and Finishing the surface scaffolding etc.complete.

Providing and applying pearl/luster finish paint of approved colourand shade to the existing plaster surface including scaffolding, preparing the surface, applying the acrylic wall putti etc.complete.

Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to new /old structural steel work and wood work in buildings, including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing solid core flush door shutter in single leaf 32 mm thick decorative type of exterior grade as per detailed drawings approved face veneers 3 mm thick on both faces or as directed, all necessary beads, mouldings and lipping, wrought iron hold fasts, chromium plated fixtures and fastenings, with brass mortise lock, chromium plated handles on both sides, and finishing with French Polish etc. complete.

Providing and fixing WPC doors of approved brand for bathrooms with all fittings complete including transportation,loading and unloadind etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position waterproof UPVC ceiling with 11mm thick UPVC ceiling sheets, screwed/ fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25x50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 mm perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 mm galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The UPVC ceiling sheets should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from under side to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevents trapping at every 1200 mm item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing cast in situ Fibre Glass Reinforced Plastic of minimum 1mm. Thick in required shade consisting of applying first layer of resin compound and chopped strand mat over it. Second layer consisting of applying resin compound over the underneath layer & fixing Chopped Strands Mat over it,then applying again resin compound over it as per the Manufacturing's Specifications, over corrugated G.I. sheet roofing at all levels including removing existing clay tiles, and cleaning by scrapping with emery paper & chisels etc.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing concealed PVC conduits for elecrical wiring for false ceiling and fixing them with slab with metal clips / hangers and providing points for ceiling fan, LED panels, LED strips as per design, providing and fixing LED panels, LED strips, 1 mm and 1.5 mm thick electrical wiring, switch boards, swithches and all other necessary electrical fittings of approved brand etc. complete.
