Fabrication charges of MS channel & angle

Exavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.5 mtr in all types of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the exacavted soil and disposel of surplus exacavated soll as directed complete work.

Grouting of stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 block including cost of cement sand and stone ballast back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, leveling.

Fixing, tightening and nozzling of stay wire with pole and stay rod.

Earthing of support with MS Earth rod of 2.5 Mtr long incuding exavation of pit 0.6mtr below ground level and ramming of MS rod upto full length and connecting the earth electrode with pole by GI wire and nut & bolt.

Laying,Sagging and Stringing of 3Phase 4wire line by ACSR Panther conductor and earth wire GI 7/16 as earth wire with route clearence.

Excavation in all type of soil including ramming and dressing of surface.

R&R stone Massonary in 1:6 course fine sand & cement

Digging open trench 120cm deep and 45cm wide and prepare 10 cm thick fine sand cushion and then Laying of 33KV 3X400Sqmm cable over this cushion,then covered the cable with another 10cm thick sand layer.The trench is then covered with brick and other material covering all around cable protected on sides and top as per site requirement.

Laying of cable for loop etc.

Supply and fixing of GI Pipe (with Socket) 4or 5 inch dia at points of cable rising ( B Class)

Fixing of 33 KV 3core XLPE Outdoor/Indoor cable jointining kit of 400 Sqmm

Fixing of MS Channel,Holding clamp for cable support.
