Demolition of sand stone slab laid as sunshades etc in suspended position all as ditrected.

M&L for cutting hole into or through stone wall built In cement mortar and walls cement concrete area n exc 150 Sq cm.

M&L Sand stone slab in sunshades chajjas shelves , etc n exc 2m in length punchewd dressed on face and along exposed sdges self faved on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4 thickness of slab 5 cm complete.

Demoition of cement concrete reinforced roof floors (other than ground floors) , beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similer suspended work.

S&F MS hand rail half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rails straight portion drilled and counter sunk for balustterrs running bar for door balustersnoising to step including embeding in concrete and screwing etc confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

Taking down existing old tar felt from RCC roof ,stone roof etc .care fully including cleaning the roof surface by wire/coir brush and removing all girts ' stone fungus and finally washing down with water to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge and remove debries and rubbish out side MD land all as spacified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1 : 2 : 4 Type B0 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course to the roof surface complete all as directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages (i) M&L for rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per mfr inst over conc surfaces finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement. (II) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surafces (III) Second coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS -702 Grade 85/[email protected] kg per Sqm IV) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE , other film 20 micron each thickness 2 mm having weight 2.25 Kg/sqm (V) Final coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702 of Grade 85/25@ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (vi) Material and labour for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate padding over roof laid in slope grooves 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep at 1.2 m interval in both ways or part thereof and filled with mastic bitumen (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Integral water proofing compund ISI marked.

Taking down cement plasrer on stone masonery/ concrete incl racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendeing in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement on stone wall surface all as spacified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick CM (1:4) on concrete surface on ceiling / facia /RCC chajja, etc all as direced.

M&L for three coat of white wash on new plastered surface inclding prepration of surface as in wall all as spacified .

M&L for two coat of colour wash on new plastered/ uplastered surface of facia / chajja incl prepration of surface all as spacified.

Racking out joints / Poitng tosquare rubble masonery jodhpur type reguler coursed built in cement mortar all as spacified .

M&L for keyed pointing t square rubble masonery jodhpur type reguler coursei CM 1:3 all as spacified.

M&L Prepration of new wood surface of any description , not otherwise describe over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer.

Taking down or up steel tubing and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal to store (a) 25 mm dia

M&L 2mm thick fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof , wall etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description .

S&F snap grid frame work of pre powder coated pre fabricated GI section (Inculding hangers) for false ceiling of size 600x600 mmm with ceiling board pvc laminated gypsum board 8 mm thick and fixed as per manufacture instructions inculding as per sample kept in GE office complete all as specified.

M&L PVC Wall Lining interlocking 5mm thick plain colour fitted into the wall with strips including fillets on joints as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2Using 40 mm stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F machine made precast cement concrete blocks (interlocking paves) of 60mm thick with 6mm top layers of ante abrasive material laid over 25mm thick sand cushion . The interlocking joints shall be filled with fine sand . The compressive strength of layer shall not be less than 350kg/Cm2 complete all as specified.

S&F machine made precast cement concrete curb stone blocks using Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (20mm stone agg) all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..
