Demolitin of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quions ,arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

100mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

75mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded aggregate crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping / benching etc including necessary formwork / moulds complete all as specified and directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces all as specified. .

Cement Conrete 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass conrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling mild steel work in fencing posts and sturts complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified.

Mild steel angle iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified.

Preparing old surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed Note-: Each line wire to be measured.
