The pagodas shall be provided with adequate MS trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. Hire charges for providing White ceiling cloth for decorating the pendals and Mandapam with necessary frame work with decorative frills (jallars) around and border and decorative frills (jallars) at the centre with red or green colour or any other attractive colour wherever necessary etc., complete as directed during execution. The ceiling cloth should be pure white in colour and with out any patches and preferably new or neatly washed and should be in good condition through out the Festival or Ustavam period and should be removed after the same is over and should be repaired or replaced as and when torn out by any means including due to rain with out any extra cost .The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . The rate is for below mentioned calendar days .(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area) Note: If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting the pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer in charge. * The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for supply, spreading and removing of PVC chairs including loading and unloading. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for providing of banquet chairs for VIPs including loading, unloading, transportation etc., complete.The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for supply of Brass sofas two seaters VVIPs including transportations etc. complete. The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Hire charges for erection & removal of side wall up to required height with frill type cloth of approved make and colour with back supporting cloth fixed to frame as directed during execution for the function, the Side curtains should be neat and with good appearance in all days , if spoiled in any manner and the same should be replaced immediately. The rate quoted is including all incidental charges & other taxes as applicable etc., complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days .The rate is for below mentioned calendar days. Hire charges for engaging tractor withTrailer for conveyance of chain links & other materials etc. including loading unloading, all incidental charges etc,. complete as directed during execution.

Hire charges for erection and removal of temporary Dias at a height of 60 cms to 120 cms (2' 0" to 4' 0") from the floor/Ground level using MS pipe vertical supports with adjustable jockey and four sides supporting MS pipe bracing and top covering 19mm ply wood laid on M.S pipes frame work and should be made with out undulation. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete . Hire charges for supply of steel dining tables of size 1’6” x 6’0” including loading and unloading. *The rate is including maintenance, watch and ward, against theft and fire accidents, repairs and replacement etc., complete during the said period. Rate is including all taxes, Transportation etc.,complete *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution.

Hire charges for Providing portable closed Toilet Cabins (single user) (Indian/western) on hire basis including conveyance to site of work for fixing in position, giving necessary out let connections to the nearby manholes and maintaining necessary watch & ward and also removing the same after completion of the function duly restoring the site to good condition. The rate is inclusive of all taxes Excluding GST. *The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items /chapter applies.

Note:(1) For above item Nos from (1) to (12) .

1. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

2.Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

4.The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

5 .The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

7.All the sharp projections shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries.

8.The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.

Note : for above portable open Urinals/Toilets :- 1.Erection should be completed before one day in advance of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution . 2.The erection of Mobile toilets shall be study such that without shaking & imbalance, during peak floating hours. 3.Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage waste water. 4.The portable toilets provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, etc., 5 .The agency shall provide the electrical illumination without any extra cost. 6.Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at their cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc., 7.All the sharp projections in flooring shall be adequately covered with rubber sheet to avoid possible injuries. 8.The portable toilets provided shall be leak proof. 9.The soak pits shall be levelled after completion of the function. 10.The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.
