Supply, delivery at site and storage of 110 V, 100Ah, sealed maintenance free battery comprising of 55 nos., 2 Volts cells with float and boost charger cum DCDB

M.V. Cables / Bus Duct
From two numbers of 1500 KVA transformer secondary side to the two number of 2500A incomers of MV Switchboard, Bus Duct & accessories with adequate size of Aluminium conductor complete with sealing as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
From each of the 1600 A outgoing ACB of 2500 A Substation MV Switchboard to respective incoming ACB of M.V. Panel at Treatment Plant i.e. MCC-I, 1.1 KV grade, 3.5 C, 300 sq mm, Al. conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable, 5 lengths.
From each of the 1000 A outgoing ACB of 2500 A Substation MV Switchboard to respective incoming ACB of M.V. Panel at Treatment Plant i.e. MCC-2, 1.1 KV grade, 3.5 C, 300 sq mm, Al. conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable, 3 lengths.
From 2500 A Substation MV Switch Board to Battery Charger, 1.1 KV grade, 4 C x 6 sq mm stranded Cu conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable.
From Battery Charger / DCDB to H.T. Panel at Sub Station, 1.1 KV grade, 3 C X 2.5 sq mm stranded Cu. Conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable.
From 2500 A Sub-station MV Switch Board to ventilation system, 1.1 KV grade, 4 C x 6 sq mm stranded Cu. Conductor, XLPE insulated armoured cable.

Control Cable
Stranded copper conductor of various ratings and of suitable sizes as per specification for all control circuit and interlocking circuits at Substation
Supply, delivery at site and storage of Jointing Materials as per specification & as follows:
All H.T Cables jointing materials ( Dry type, Heat Shrink Joint )
All MV Cables jointing materials for different Cross sections ( Dry type )
All copper control & power Cables jointing materials for different cross sections ( Dry type )
N.B :- No extra payment would be made if the length and diameter of the different sizes of cable & joints varies on the higher side to meet up the requirement of the specification and site condition. Rates must be quoted carefully. This is also applicable for all type of cable joints.
Supply & delivery at site and storage of earthing equipment as per specification and all the other equipments required to comply with latest I.E. Rules
Supply, delivery at site and storage of fire extinguishers as follows:
A-B-C Type ( 5 Kg each )
CO2 Type ( 4.5 Kg each )
Supply & delivery at site and storage of Misc. items such as rubber mats, Shock Treatment Chart, danger boards, sand buckets, Glow sign board etc. as per specification.
Supply & delivery at site and storage of all luminaries, fittings, and fixtures complete with necessary multi-strand copper wires for inside lighting of Substation as per specification.
Supply & delivery at site and storage of Lightning arrestor along with earth strip and earth electrodes all complete as per specification and all other equipment required to comply with latest I.E. Rules.
Supply & delivery at site and storage of spare parts as per specification.
PART – B ( INSTALLATION PART )

Charges for Diesel Generator set / Temporary power connection from WBSEDCL / CESC for construction purposes
Testing the whole installation & submission of test reports as per specification & direction of EIC
Commissioning the whole installation including trial run for 72 hours on load operation as per specification & direction of EIC
Operation & maintenance of all electrical appliances installed in the substation for a period of one year with adequate number of working personnel for round the clock operation as per requirement and as per specification & direction of EIC
