Material & labour for servicing the split AC's of various capacities i.e. 1.00/1.50/2.00 Tonne by removing dust with blower, cleaning the outer & inner unit using water and solution, checking all connections and spares making the split AC fully functional complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No. 11 & 12: (a) The cost of Minor consumeables is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) Refrigerant gas if required will be measured & paid separately.

Taking down of ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep of any type and make from ceiling and rewinding the same by opening the body cover, removing old/burnt winding cleaning of slots/ pitches by using any cleaning material by removing iron & carbon dust etc and rewinding the fans with appropriate size of super enamelled copper wire with correct number of turns of auxiliary and main winding and varnishing and backing, soldering new lead of copper wire , duly varnished, dry the winding for adequate period to remove the moisture contents and strengthening the winding and testing , and hanging on its original / new position with MS nut bolts with spilt pin, rubber reel, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down of Exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any type and make from its existing position and rewinding the same by opening the body cover, removing old/burnt winding cleaning of slots/ pitches by using any cleaning material by removing iron & carbon dust etc and rewinding the fans with appropriate size of super enamelled copper wire with correct number of turns of auxiliary and main winding and varnishing and backing, soldering new lead of copper wire , duly varnished, dry the winding for adequate period to remove the moisture contents and strengthening the winding and testing , and hanging on its original / new position with MS nut bolts with spilt pin, rubber piece, complete all as specified and directed,complete all as specified and as directed.
