Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder shall submit agreement with Goshalas near by and at adjoining district of Ballari city along with a.Legal status and recognition of recipient gosha-las under applicable laws(Government Ma-naged, Government Supported, Government recognised). b. Carrying capacity of the goshala stating present number of cattles as on date of tender pub-lished and number of cattles that can be ac-commodated in future. c. Physical infrastructure including shed water supply and sanitation. d. Availability of fodder, labour and daily maintenance arrangements. e. Access to availability of veterinary facilities, medicines and emergency care
