Civil works related to construction of a new compressor house for decentralization of supply of compressed air to CNC I, CNC II and Pistol section inside factory area at RFI.

Amount

Removal of spoil: Labour only for removal of spoil mixed with excavated earth, damaged tarfelt, damaged plaster, broken bricks, concrete rubbish and debris, broken glasses etc. from work site to a distance of 1.50 km. outside the factory. (20% deduction in measurement will be made from the volume of spoil ) all complete.

Earth work in excavation : Labour only for earth work in excavation in foundation, in foundation trenches,not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard or dense soil all complete.

Surface excavation : Labour only for surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in hard/dense soil and getting out all complete.

P.C.C (1:1.5:3) : M & L for providing plain cement concrete type-A1 1:1.5:3 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, floor, filling and mass-concrete .

R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) : M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete type M-20, 1:1.5:3 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation including footings plinth beams bases for column roof slab beam lintels and excluding use and waste of necessary formwork all complete.

Brick work(1:6): M & L for brick work with old size subclass 'b' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with (1: 6) cement morter all complete. .

Half brick thick brick work : M & L for providing half brick thick brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, old size in cement mortar 1:4 straight or curved on plan to any radius all complete.

Form work : Use & waste of wooden form work to foundation, footings, bases of coloumns and the like, vertical or batter rough finished flat surfaces.

Mild Steel sliding door bolts :- S & F 250 MM Mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed all complete.

Reinforcement : M & L for providing reinforcement work with tmt mild steel bars 08 mm and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking ends & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. etc.complete .

M.S. framed work: S & F for MS framed work of trussed, purlins, brackets etc. or others made of mild steel angle, tee & joists , Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections etc. of approved sections including cutting, drilling, welding etc. using Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, as required complete in all respect .

Steel plates : S & F mild steel plates (plain or chequered) Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-B channels, square cut or notched ordinary and counter sunk with riveted, bolted or welded attachment all complete.

M.S. Small articles : s&f for providing mild steel straps, clamps, hold fasts etc, as small articles,to be fixed in position as required .

Expanded Metal: M & L for providing expanded metal,cut to length,bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia (n exe 4 kg weight per sqm ) or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete in wood or steel member all complete

Mild Steel Sheet Covering: S & F for mild steel plain black sheet 1.25 mm thick in hearths covering wooden surfaces cut to size edges beaded if directed holes punched including round headed screws etc. with 40mm lap joints or welded etc. as required complete in all respect .

Pre-colour coated corrugated steel sheet: S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of make: TATA Blue scope / Everest / Jindal or substantially equivalent make of any colour having tensile (yield) strength of 550 mpa minimum, coated with aluminium zinc (az 150) @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof covering cladding to wall etc. fixed with self tapping screws in every trapezoidal profile. (test certificate of the materials should be submitted by the firm before any payment) all complete.

Pre-colour coated plain steel sheet: S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) of make: TATA Blue scope / Everest / Jindal or substantially equivalent make of any colour having tensile (yield) strength of 550 mpa minimum, coated with aluminium zinc (az 150) @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) as in roof clading to wall, ridges etc. fixed with self tapping screws in every trapezoidal profile. (Test certificate of the materials should be submitted by the firm before any payment) all complete.

Neat Cement Finish : M & L for applying cement slurry about 1.5 mm thick on plastered or concrete surface to have the surfaces even & smooth all complete.

Cement plaster(1:4): M & L for providing 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 mix on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height.

Exterior surface painting two coat : M & L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having with [make: of 1st quality of Asian/Berger/ICI or substantially equvalant] VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm after necessary preparation of new surface all complete.

Wall paint two coat : M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint finishd glossy of 1st quality; make- Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make over a coat of primer on new surfaces after necessary preparation of wall surfaces over 10 cm width or girth all complete.

Steel painting two coat: M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint finished glossy of 1st quality; Make: Asian / Berger / ICI or substantially equivalent make, over a coat of priming with red lead primer after necessary preparation of new decorated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth .

PVC rain water pipe: S & F of 110 mm dia PVC rain water (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls in any position all complete.

PVC bends : S & F 110mm dia. PVC (SWR) bends any radius to be fixed in position all complete.

Expansion Joint :- M & L for forming 12 mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150 MM thick concrete slab all complete.

Single brick flat soling ( labour): Labour only for providing single brick flat soling with old bricks ( collected from site) including filling of interstices by white sand all complete.
