Providing Manpower of different category to Water Resources Department and its subordinate offices for the year 2025-26

Should have Supplied atleast 51 manpower (in any one year in the last previous 5 years) to the State / Central Government departments/ Organisations /Undertakings / Corporations and should have rendered services satisfactorily (Documentary proof in the form of certificate issued by the department / organisations/Undertakings / Corporations for satisfactory services rendered shall be scanned and uploaded. However, documents like service agreements, work orders etc will not be considered for the purpose)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 45.11 lakhs (Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates) from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period) (Bankers certificate/line of credits (LOC) to be submitted in the prescribed format issued by Govt letter dated12/09/2022

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 300.76 lakhs (usually not less than two times the Estimated annual payments under this contract) (Audited Balance sheets duly certified by a Chartered Accountant for the years mentioned above shall be uploaded. If the balance sheet for the previous year 2024-25 is not audited, provisional annual turnover certificate duly certified by the Chartered Accountant shall be uploaded) ( Documents like self certification of turnover, certified income statement prepared for filing IT returns, etc will not be considered) i. scan copy of original documents shall be uploaded, Xerox copy attested by Notary will not be accepte

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), at least one Similar work (such as Supply of Manpower work) of value not less than Rs. 75.19 lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract) (Documentary proof in the form of certificate issued by the department /organisations/Undertakings / Corporations for satisfactory services rendered shall be scanned and uploaded. However, documents like service agreements, work orders etc will not be considered for the purpose)

Tenderers will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B) Where A is Maximum value of similar works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited.B is Value, at 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 12 months(period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)
