Erection of relay racks, IDF with scaffolding arrangement, Cable termination rack with suitabale grounding arrangement at station. Insulators, grouting bolts, tripods to be supplied by Contractor. The item includes fixing of tag blocks on relay racks, CT rack Fixing of WAGO/phoenix terminals on CT racks on 3mm laminated hylum sheet or as per approved arrangement prescribed 03 by site engineer and drilling holes in the hylum strips as required. This also includes supply & erection of cable supporting laddrs on the back side. This includes supply and fixing of 3mm laminated hylum strips, square bars for fixing of WAGO/PHOENIX terminals & for supporting outdoor cable coming from cable pit. PVC Coated Sting Roads should be used to support the cables on CT Rack. This includes laying of cables coming from cable pit to CTR through ladders as per instructions of site in charge.

Item include excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with 1:4 cement and sand mixtures. This includes filling up of hollow space in the foundation both sand and top surface, plastering. 10 (Aggregate not exceeding 3.8 cm) Plastering should be done to level the surface on all sides upto 75 mm below the ground level after the cable is taken inside the apparatus case. Aggregate, sand, holding down bolts and cement to be supplied by the contractors. (NOTE: Due to local conditions in very special circumstances if the size of the above items required to be increased/decreased, the extra payment/deduction for variation of the CC work shall be calculated and paid on volumetric basis as per rate below.) This includes supply and fixing of telephone sockets, location lamp holder and making arrangement for pad locking of location boxes.

Location box shall be shifted by push method with the help of jacks or by crane by contractors own expenditure under instructions of engineer in-charge at site. The work may aect train working hence the work shall be done as per margin only or during traffic block only.

Circuit wiring/jumpering as per circuit diagrams in the relay racks/IDF rack tag blocks. 14 This includes preparation of Jumper sheets by wire man duly checked by firm's site supervisor & wire to wire testing as per circuit diagram. Any wrong jumper done by wireman will not be paid &correction shall be done free of cost. Jumper wires will be issued by Railways. Good quality solder resin core to be supplied by contractor for soldering of Jumper wires. Soldering of jumper wires to be done after completion of testing by Railways.
Fixing & wiring of QNA1 / QNA1K relays for GPR Circuit in apparatus case as per Standard practice. Fixing and wiring material shall be supplied by the contactor.
Casting of CC foundation in the ratio of 1:3:6 for sliding boom as per drg. attached. 16 Minimum 10 Nos of foundation per set shall be cast using std size holding down bolts & nuts for erection. Item includes excavation ramming, curing and plastering with 1:4 cement and sand mixtures. Aggregate cement, sand and holding down bolts, nuts to be supplied by the contractor.
Installation & commissioning of Sliding booms with E type lock and HKT/KLCR. This 17 includes wiring of HKT/KLCR with it's placement in wooden box with locking arrangement, running of cables, necessary painting & transportation of materials from store to site. Sliding boom gate shall be supplied by Railway. However all other materials required for commissioning of the gate will be supplied by contractor.
Fabrication and fixing of phenolic laminated sheet P3 Grade in full apparatus case NE 18 type of size 10/12mm thick in location box by providing all fixtures as per Railway Drawing including fixing of PVC coated string rods at the back side for cable support with contractor's own materials. The work shall be done as per drg and arrangement similar to SK 783-1/2. with latest alterations & as per instructions of Rly engineer at site.
Fabrication and fixing of phenolic laminated sheet P3 Grade in Half apparatus case 19 NE type of size 10/12mm thick in location box by providing all fixtures as per Railway Drawing including fixing of PVC coated string rods at the back side for cable support with contractor's own materials. The work shall be done as per drg and arrangement similar to SK 783-1/2. with latest alterations & as per instructions of Rly engineer at site.
Preparation and fixing of location box board on 03 mm ACP sheet with size 12 x 18 s i z e A 3 f o r location b o x including pasting of printed/ painte d v i n y l s h e e t a n d lamination (printing/painting of location detail on vinyl sheet covered in schedule item separately).
Complete Indoor wiring testing & commissioning of station / LC Gate. This includes: (i) Prewiring & fixing of all base plates as per approved wiring diagram. (Supply of relay base covered in schedule 'A'. Excess quantity of base plate, if required will be supplied by Railways, prewiring of which will be done by the contactor.) (ii) Fixing of Relay groups on relay racks. (iii) Soldering of tag block terminals, dressing of wires as per approved rack arrangements/ Circuit diagrams. (iv) Wiring on bus bar, fuse base condenser , resistance etc. as per wiring diagram. (v) Wiring on Relay rack to relay rack via IDF, IDF to CT rack in relay room. (vi) Wiring on panel tag block shall be repeated on tag blocks located on IDF & CT rack in relay room. (vii) Wiring between control panel room & relay room. (viii) Supply of simulation panel, which shall be separate for each station and shall be left after commissioning. (ix) Provision 200 way tag blocks for data logger and providing jumpers between voltage free terminals on relay racks and data loggers, tag block with 0.6 sq mm cable. (x) Wiring 21 between Integrated power supply and data logger tag block with one square mm /0.6 sq mm cable as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. (xi) Wiring of key lock arrangement at SM's office/ site & Earth leakage detectors. (xii) Wiring of block instruments from CT rack to block instrument terminals and includes supply & laying of indoor cables for this purpose as per standard arrangements. (xiii) All wiring & wiring materials necessary to complete Station/ LC gate (Within station limit) Installation but not cover in the schedule anywhere. (xiv) Writing of description on all relays & other indoor equipments Note: All wiring shall be done as per std. practice of Railways with neat dressing & threading. Detailed testing will include functional testing, selection table, locking table and cross sheet testing with the help of operating panel and simulation panel in the presence of railway officials to their satisfaction. a copy tested selection table, locking table and cross sheet duly signed by contactor to be submitted to field office for record. This included supply of lamps for simulation panel for testing. Note: Contactor will Put sufficient Staff to carry out the testing round the clock, if desired by Railway Engineer and will ensure that any alteration which become necessary during testing are carried out & testing is repeated wherever required .
Digging of 1.0 M deep and 0.3 M wide trenches in all type of soils including soft rock as per cable route plan, back filling after laying of cables. This includes clearing of roots of trees, bushes and temporary obstruction. Ramming of soils and planting of cables markers at every 30 to 50mtrs as well as where direction of trench changes. Where Digging of 1.0M depth is not possible or the same is reduced and accepted by engg. incharge of the work, payment shall be decreased proportionate to the depth excavated compared to 1.0M. Any dry stone pitching disturbed during the work shall be restored back to the original conditions by the contractor with own materials and labour.
Digging of trench 1.2 M deep from rail flange/ road level and, 0.3 Mtr to 0.6 Mtr wide 23 and back filling after placing of DWC/ RCC/GI pipe. (Placing o f DWC/RCC/GI p i p e covered separately).The ballast disturbed be screened and dressed as required by Engineer-in-charge or his representatives and road tarred immediately. For track crossing, Drg. No. CSTE/3644 Pg.7 of 11 and for Road Crossing, Drg. No. CSTE/3644 Pg. 5 of 11 are to be followed.

Installation of earth electrode as per std. practice and connecting it to equipments to 34 be earthed. This item includes digging of pit in earth 3 m deep & fixing earth electrode pipe, casting of cement concrete enclosure & cover as per Drg No. S&T/Tender/27.Soil treatment to be done as per std. practice. This item includes provision of earth lead wires and soldering of lead wires. The other end of the wire is to be connected to block equipment, power equipment, cable sheath, signals etc. as per site requirements. 7strand GI wire shall be used as earth lead wire. (Supply of earth electrode is covered in Sch. 'A').
Preparation of following compltion plan on standard 75 micron polyester film all 35 drawing will be prepared on CAD & on DVD/CD will be provided for the finally corrected version of drawing & documents after it is checked & approved by Rlys. The MS sheet should cover the full length and breadth of the half location box/Almirah and can be in two pieces of approx 48cm x 46cm and 80cm x 46cm. The first piece to be fitted on top and will contain the KLCR relays, LEDs and push buttons. The second piece to be fitted below the first piece to divide the two halves of the location box. (Supply of KLCR relays covered in Schedule A).

Wherever required contractor shall apply coating of epoxy paint also as per instructions of 43 site-in-charge. Epoxy paint will be supplied by Railways.NOTE:- The paint and primer should be from Asian Paints/ Nerolac / Dulux / Berger. The primer / enamel paints (Aluminum synthetic, black enamel, brilliant white and yellow) will be as per (IS 5660 of 1970) / (IS 2932 of 1974). Main Signal Post with Signal Units, Surface base and complete fittings as per Western Railways standard practice.
Supply, fabrication & fixing of signal number plates as per site incharge.
