Earth Work

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechnical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and all leads as required and as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1603.1

Construction of embankment with approved material deposited at site from road way cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per technical specification clause 301.5

Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross-sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50 m (average lead 25 m) as per Technical Specification Clause 307. By Mechanical Means

Pavement

Preperation of sub grade compacting original ground supporting sub grade Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm below the sub grade level, watered , graded & compacted in layers to meet requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 for sub garde construction as per techincal specification clause303.5.2.
