(Make of SBR emulsion/latex : Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings,) (SBR shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant item)

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of SBR emulsion/latex: Sika, Fosroc, STP,Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings) (SBR shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item)

Supply only Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) latex emulsion complete all as specified and as directed (Make of SBR emulsion / latex : Sika, Fosroc, STP, Dr Sunanada, BASF, star coatings )

Material & labour for rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 on even & smooth(without using extra cement) on ceiling including cement slurry 3kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters any type including hood cover n.exc. 15 sqm area of clear opening and re-fixing in the same opening after carrying out the repairs as required complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Replacement of parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Repairs and servicing to rolling shutters by removal of wornout components such as hood covers, laths, ball bearing, helical wire springs, lock plates, shaft pipes and straightening of existing guide channels, laths, hood covers at required places including greasing and servising, refixing in the same openings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix 1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball baring, as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple, shaft, pipe, brackets, 800kg motor capacity and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete motor operater type with bevel gear box and crank handle as spd and safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repairs MS sheet hood cover of 1 mm thick including beading the sheet to the required shape and fixing the same to the rolling shutter bracket plate including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs MS gear box assembly complete including connecting and fixing the gear box to wall with 4 Nos hexagonal bolts of 10 mm dia and 100 mm long complete including cutting into existing wall / pillar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for replacement, shaft of suitable size with existing rolling shutter of span exceeding 3 Mtr and height exceeding 3.5 m and upto 6 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs mild steel hellical wire springs (confirming to IS-6248-1970) for rolling shutters not exc. 15 sqm of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs ball bearing for rolling shutters (ISI marked) for 40/50 mm dia pipe shaft complete all as specified and as directed.
