Taking down carefully surface aluminium or copper point wiring with PVC casing-caping (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

Point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (Phase - Red/Yellow/Blue, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and sunken galvanized pressed steel terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.2 mm covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated white sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators complete for the following :-

One light point controlled by one switch.

One fan point controlled by one switch.

One socket outlet 6 amp controlled by one switch on the same board with other switches.

One socket outlet 6 amp controlled by one switch on indepdendent board.

M&L for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FRLSH multistranded copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories of following nominal size 2x6 sqmm + 1x6 sqmm earth continuity conductor in 20 mm dia conduit..

S&F ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, BLDC motors white colour single phase, ISI marked including connection with PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core copper conductor cable of size 0.50 sqmm complete. Make - Havells / Almonard / Crompton as approved.

S&F down rod of ceiling fan made of GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore including cutting, threading, painting etc as required.

S&F LED bulkhead fitting 9 watt IP 66 & IK 09 with pressure diecast aluminum housing & polycarbonate diffuser duly prewired for connection with flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable as required all as per Philips cat ref no. WT202W LED6S CW PSU S1 PC or equivalent in Wipro or Bajaj or Havells as approved.

M&L for pipe in pipe chemical earthing with GI pipe electrode 3.0 m long having outer pipe nominal dia 80 mm & inner pipe nominal dia 50 mm duly filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical composition Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% burried in ground by digging a bore of 150 mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia from pit to main MCB DB protected in 15 mm GI pipe light grade, making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value not more than 1.0 ohm complete.

S&F MCB distribution board SPN, 240 volts, 8 ways powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required.

S&F MCCB four pole, 125 amps, 16 KA thermally adjustable between 70 to 100% including 4 spreader link set of same make as that of MCCB for connection, required lugs etc complete. Make - Legrand cat ref no 420016 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

S&F MCB distribution board VTPN, 415 volts, 4 ways powder coated, suitable for MCCB incomer upto 160amp, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required.

S&F MCBs as per load requirement 'C' series of breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs of following ratings:-

Single pole 6 to 16 amp. Make - Legrand DX3 cat ref no. 408587 to 408592 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

Double pole 32 amp. Make - Legrand DX3 cat ref no. 408636 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.

Taking down carefully aluminium or copper submain wiring with PVC surface conduit or casing caping and making good disturbed surfaces complete.

Taking down MCB distribution boards with incoming and outgoing controls any make, any capacity after disconnecting complete.

Supply & fix exhaust fans AC single Phase 230/240 V of size 380 mmm sweep with louver. Make : Crompton / Kaitan / Almonard / Bajaj.
