Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply, install and test All in One Integrated Solar LED Street light with PIR Sensor IP-65 protection, compact design, extruded aluminium / Die cast housing, comprising of of LED Luminaire having Output >7500 Lumen with monocrystalline silicon panel and high efficacy >150 lm/Watt, compatible with smart phone Bluetooth enabled mobile app for checking and conrolling street light operations as per user needs, with timer based dimmer feature, mounted on hot dip galvanised octagonal pole complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Location : CG Jetty Porbandar) INTEGRTATED SOLAR LIGHT: (i) Solar Panel: Mono crystalline panel, 50 Watts (ii) Charge Controller type :- MPPT dimmable with intelligent control module / sensor . (iii) Battery :- Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery (LiFePo4) Ah as per Manufcturere's design with two days of backup, 12.8V. Make : Wirpo cat No. LR19-931-XXX-57-XX (5700K) or its equivalent in Philips Note: The contractor should submit LM79 and LM80 test certificates of the manufacturers for the batch of light fittings supplied.

Supply and fix Octagonal hot dip galvanised iron pole, 6m long with base plate, 300 mm long weather proof reinforced door opening with junction box mounting arrangement, inbuilt junction box, 'J' shape, EN8 foundation bolt with nuts template including RCC foundation as per manuacturer's design conforming to IS 1786. The foundation shall extend above surrounding levels by 200mm all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Location :- CG Jetty Porbandar) Make :Wipro/Surya/ Bajaj /Utkarsh NOTE :The contractor should submit manufacturer's foundation drawing before commencement of foundation work. Excavation/earthwork, removal and returning filling included in the quoted rate.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/along the wall/pole including making all connections complete as required at site and as directed. Make: Polycab/Havells/Hpl

S & F in replacement of GI steel tubing light grade 80 mm dia for laying in ground and road crossing along the pole in coping etc for cable protection including necessary fittings, clamps for supports, etc and all as specified and directed. Make - Tata/Jindal/Surya Prakash

Supply and lay 77 /63 mm Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables, laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: Gemini/Rex or Equivalent

M&L for bore Earthing, 150 mm bore for earthing with maintenance free chemical earthing using copper electrode of size 19 mm dia - 01 No, 3 m long, Copper earth strip, excavation and earth work, back fill with compound (Chemical for earth enhancer gel 2 x 25Kg) - 01 set. all as directed, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. Note: (i) IR Value should be less than 1.0 ohm. (ii) Copper earth stip of size 25 x 3 mm including installation 7.5 m (Copper purity not less than 99%) is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Suitable FRP Chamber should be included in the unit rate.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45x45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying cable/GI tube, returning filling & well rammaing watering finish suraface 10 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6; including removal of surplase soil complete all as specified and directed.
