Side Board :- All as shown on drawing No FD-1112 Top / Sides / Shutters / Drawers / bottom / partition/Back shall be made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle Board both side Decorative Exterior grade (Make-Action Tesa/Greenply /Century) as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Full panel MS drawer slide ivory colour powder coated of Size 86 mm(H)x375mm(L) (make-Ebco/Hettich) with 9 mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board BSL exterior grade bottom and front and rear shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated Prelaminated Board BSD exterior grade. 01 Nos Std quality magnetic catcher(make-Ebco/Hettich) shall be provided to each shutters. S.S handle shall be provided to shutter / drawer as per sample kept at BSO yard. 02 Nos Heavy duty concealed hinges std quality shall be provided to each shutter (make-Ebco/Hettich). Std quality Cam lock connector/dowels fastening /universal angle/PVC corner shall be used in fabrication body/structure of item. 1.6/0.9 mm thick PVC edging shall be provided wherever as required with edge bander machine as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All wooden surfaces / wood based materials shall be French polished with high class finish. Complete all as per drg and as spcified by EIC.

Chair Dining JCO :- All as shown on drawing No FD/E6/MAP/II/05 All wood shall be of first class HW teak (MP) well seasoned free from knots, sap wood and cracks. 4 mm thick PVC seat of Make AMKO/COMFO/CLASSIC/ /HARMONY) shall be provided , irrespective of whatever shown on drg, one center stiffener of size 20x25 mm shall be provided to support seat. All wooden surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish (Make: Asain/Nerolac/ Jivanjor/Burger paints) .Hard rubber /PVC Shoes shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Chair Dining CB :- All as shown on drawing No FD-279 All wood shall be of first class HW teak (MP) well seasoned free from knots, sap wood and cracks. Canning shall be as per Godrej Pattern with plastic cane 2mm wide half round for seat weaving and 3mm-4mm half round for border. All wooden surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints) .Hard rubber /PVC Shoes shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Chair Dining Officer :- All as shown on drawing No FD/MAP/II/04 Timber shall be first class teakwood (MP), seasoned free from knots & cracks with moisture content permissible limit as per IS-281-1973. Seat shall be made out of 75mm thick PU foam 40 density (Make-Sleepwell "PRIMO COOL"/Godrej) pasted with adhesive on 12mm thick BWR grade plywood covered with fabric of cost not less than Rs. 350/-RM. Quality of fabric (as per sample kept at BSO Yard). PVC rings shall be screwed to each legs. Fabrication of seat shall be done at BSO Yard. All wooden portions shall be smoothened to apply best quality water base PU polish glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints). Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Complete all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Table Dining 1200X900X760mm :- All as shown on drawing No FD/MAP-II/03 All wood work shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP) well seasoned free from knots and cracks. Over all size of the Table shall be 1200 x 900 x 750 mm and only one stiffener in the center of table be provided as specified in drawings. The top shall be made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, type-II (Make- Century/Greenply/Action Tesa) with all edges covered with 2 mm thick PVC edge-banding with auto lipped through feed CNC machine. TW bracket of 100 x100 x 35 mm shall be provided in all four corners and 150 x 30 x 5 mm thick MS right angle screwed with rail and leg for extra strength be provided. Nylon buffers shall be provided to the bottom of legs. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints). Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Complete all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Chair Easy :- All as shown on drawing No .FD-229 All wood shall be of first class HW teak (MP) well seasoned free from knots, sap wood and cracks. Canning shall be done with 2mm wide, 0.4mm thick plastic cane in godrej pattern of approved quality as details shown on drawing in with 3mm to 4 mm wide on top to be provided as border to cover the holes. PVC/hard rubber shoe shall be provided to the bottom of all legs with 20 mm long brass screw . All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specifications. All wooden surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be melamine polished with high glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints). Complete all as shown on drg and as directed by EIC.

Bath Mat PVC :- All as shown on drawing No .FD/E6/MAP/07 Bath Mat PVC 10x100mm size legs- 04 Nos as Arc shaped. Centre support and 3 x 10 mm thick stiffener with top of one piece moulded PVC Bath mat. (Make- Cello / Brite / Supreme / AMKO) as approved by GE. 25 mm dia leg at centre of bath mat. Complete all as per drawing

Receptacle PVC :- All as shown on drawing No .FD/E6/MAP-II/13 All PVC work shall be of standard class thick polymer plastic. Swing type / pedestal type receptacle with capacity not less than 20 ltrs shall be of any one of the following (Make- Cello / Nayasa / Sintex / Bharat/JOYO. Complete all as per drawing

Sofa 4 Seater with Cushion All as shown on drawing No .FD-373 All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwood (MP) with permissible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Cushion for seat & back shall be 110 mm thick PU foam 40 density (Make- Sleepwell "Primo Cool" / Godrej) covered with good quality, tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 400/- RM. Tapestry as per sample kept at BSO Yard. PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints). Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Complete all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Sofa 5 Seater with Cushion :- All as shown on drawing No .FD-373 All wood work shall be first class HW well seasoned teakwood (MP) with permissible moisture contents as per IS-287-1973. Cushion for seat & back shall be 110 mm thick PU foam 40 density (Make- Sleepwell "Primo Cool" / Godrej) covered with good quality, tapestry cloth not less than Rs. 400/- RM. Tapestry as per sample kept at BSO Yard. PVC shoe shall be provided to each legs. All wooden surfaces shall be melamine polish with high glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints). Polish work shall be done at BSO Yard. Complete all as per drg or as directed by EIC.

Peg Table :- All as shown on drawing No .FD-384 All the timber shall be first class teak wood (MP) free from cracks and knots with moisture content permissible as per IS-281-1973. The top shall be made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade-I, type-II (Make- Century/Greenply/Action Tesa) with all edges covered with 2 mm thick PVC edge-banding with autolipped throughfeed CNC machine. PVC hard shoe shall be provided to each legs, irrespective whatever shown on drg, one center stiffener of size 20x40 mm shall be provided. All exposed wooden surface shall be water base PU polish glossy finish (Make: Asian/Nerolac/Jivanjor/Burger paints). Complete all as per drg or as specified.
