a)The BOQ specified below include the latest relevant standards, specifications, drawing details, etc. and the bidder/ contractor is required to go through all stated above as referred in tender document while quoting the rates. All the samples/ material intended to be used in the works shall be subject to approval of the Employer's representative before supply.
b)Sub-letting of work by the contractor shall only be permitted in accordance with Particular Conditions of Contract.
c)The items indicating one quantity can also be operated and variation clause shall be applicable as stipulated in GCC / PCC.
d)Bus Bar Sizing calculations certified by OEM shall be submitted for approval to Employer or his representative.
e)For approved list of makes, refer specifications.
f)Any revision in size of Switchgear shall be re-cost as per Addition Deletion Schedule - which is part of this BOQ. All individual item in addition / deletion shall be applicable including all associated work, material etc., for revision of the same.
g)The prices are to be quoted in the below mentioned form & shall include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning at site of all equipment's, ancillary materials as specified and all such items what so ever required to fulfil the intent and purpose as laid down in the specifications and / or drawings .
h)All items shall be confirm to IS/ IEC/ BS/ NFPA as per approval of Employer's representatives. All items shall be supplied from ISO certified supplier.
i)Seperate neutral link shall be provided for each phase in all distribution board.
j)Supply, Installation & Testing of following items complete as per below description and comforming to technical specifications. In case of any contradiction between Technical Specification and BOQ most stringent one shall be applicable.
k)All E&M systems shall be RS 485 ports and potential free contacts for BMS/SCADA compatibility.
l)All Panels shall be provided with surge protection device of rated equivalent to design fault level of Panel. Surge protection Devices shall confirm to IS 16463 (Part 11) or, IEC 61643-11: 2011 or latest and NBC 2016 or latest.
E.01 M V SWITCHGEAR
Switch Boards / panels
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of front operated front access cubical type indoor duty floor / wall / recess/ surface mounting, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (minimum protection IP 54) panels with neoprene gaskets, fabricated from 2mm thick CRCA sheets for load bearings member and 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet for enclosure portions with powder coated finish (minimum thickness 80 micron) suitable for 415 ±10% volts 3 phase 4 wire 50±3% Hz system to withstand symmetrical fault level of 50KA at 415 V including interconnections, bonding to earth etc. and flush doors conforming to relevant IEC (viz. IEC 61439-1&2) standard including the earth leakage protection complete as per specification & drawings as required and as given below. All internal wiring in the panels shall be carried out using FRLSH wires & shielded cables as per PS.
a)All panel shall be form 4b type 6. The Switchboards shall be provided with 3.2mm, thick aluminium detachable gland plates for entry of cables from the top/ bottom as required.
b)All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. SMC/ DMC shrouds and busbars supports suitably spaced shall be used. Hinged doors shall be provided on all outgoing feeders with switch handles lockable in OFF position.
c)The panel shall have High conductivity, High Strength tinned copper busbars with bar type feeder connections, spacers etc. and neutral busbar shall be of 100% capacity. Busbar spreader shall have full contact with lugs of cable.20% space provision shall be considered for future
d)Bus Bar Sizing calculations certified by OEM shall be submitted for approval to Employer or his representative.
e)All accessories & supporting structures such as channels, 75mm. ISMC base frame, mounting brackets, lifting lugs, panel heaters arrangement etc. as required.
f)Each incomer and outgoing feeder shall be provided with LED status indication lamps suitable for 230 V, AC as approved
g)The makes of components and accessories shall, to the extent practically feasible, be same for panels and boards for uniformity, standardisation and replaceability and shall be applicable to all panels/ boards under the scope of work.
h)Switchboard including interconnections, labelling, earthing, associated foundation/ masonry work & erection etc. complete as required.
i)All MCCBs shall be current limiting type microprocessor based, rated for requisite specified Service short circuit breaking capacity (Ics) suitable for isolation conforming to latest IEC60947-2 duly marked on MCCB, at operating voltage (Ue) of 415 V, insulation voltage (Ui) 750 V and with trip free mechanism, handle indicating ON, OFF, tripped position. The breaking capacity as mentioned shall be Ics values.
j)MCCBs shall be compact (As approved by Engineer-in-charge), suitably designed to provide protection of motors, cables, busbars to suit rated current, unbalanced power distribution as required and with front adjustable overload, short circuit and minimum electrical endurance shall be as per IEC 60947-2 clause no. 7.2.4.2 & table no.8.
k)All the MCCBs (Wherever required) shall be provided with potential free contacts for ON, OFF status as required, from BMS workstation and SCADA.
l)MCBs shall conform to IEC898/ IS 8828 (latest) and, with breaking capacity 10 kA at 415 V AC, current limiting type lower powerloss appx 40%-70% of the stipulated value and suitable for magnetic releases operating between 3 to 5 times rated current for normal power distribution application and 5 to 10 times rated current for motor application duty, with minimum Electrical endurance of the order of 20000 operation cycles.
m)Panel/ board design shall be compact and components / accessories of compact sizes be used to economise the room space available. Employer reserve the right to seek compact items inplace of larger ones
n)All incomer ACB's shall be provided with minimum 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts and all MCCBs (wherever required) shall be provided with 2 NO + 2 NC auxiliary contacts, and there should be provision to add min. 6 Auxiliary contacts.
0)All 4-pole ACBs shall have fully rated neutral pole
p)The panels shall be fitted with Clean Agent based panel flooding system. Payment for Clean Agent based panel flooding system shall be made under separate item. Scheme of Clean Agent based panel flooding system shall be got approved by Engineer-in-charge before proceeding with manufacturing and assembly. The holes arrangement shall be cordinated with Gas flooding system vendor/manufacturer.
q)All incoming and outgoing MCCBs shall have minimum ON, OFF & Trip. Phase indication (Red, Yellow, Blue) shall be used for incoming feeders only.
r)All outgoing feeders of lift, HVAC feeder of Essential panel and incomer of escalator panel shall be provided Digital Energy meter with RS 485 port for measuring Volt, Ampere, Power, Energy, Power factor, Max. Demand etc. confirming to IS 13779 with necessary Circuit MCBs and suitable size CTs.
s)All Panel shall have total discrimination with submission of verification document without any financial implication.
t)ALL Panel shall have Surge protection device in Incoming feeders with suitable circuit breaker. SPD shall be as per Particular Specification.
u)All hinged door shall be earthed through minimum 2.5 sqmm tinned braided copper wire.
v)All parameters as defined below shall be 415 ± 10% volt, 50 ± 3% Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire System.
w)Meters and CT for all panels shall have an accuracy of 0.5

The neutral busbar shall be of 100% capacity.the bus bar sizing calculation shall be certified by the OEM . Two incomers & Bus coupler shall be electrically & mechanically interlocked such that only two breakers shall be switched ON at a time.
Both incomers and bus coupler shall be interlocked electrically & mechanically.

MCBs shall conform to IEC60898/ IS 8828 (latest) and, with breaking capacity 10 kA at 415 V AC, current limiting type lower powerloss appx 40 - 70% of the stipulated value and suitable for magnetic releases operating between 3 to 5 times rated current for normal power distribution application and 5 to 10 times rated current for motor application duty, with minimum Electrical endurance of the order of 20000 operation cycles.

Note: Trays shall be supported adequately at minimum 1 m distance from the building structure / ceiling by means of HD galvanized (as specified) structural members secured to the structure by dash fasteners as per the approved make list) or by grouting. This support should be capable of withstanding the weight equivalent of 3m length of the cables that can be laid in the trays. Support shall be at both ends of the bend/ turn. Support at Jointing of the each cable tray shall be considered as per code/ standard, IS/ IEC.

E.06 PROTECTIVE EARTHING
Earthmat
6.1 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system consisting of copper bonded steel rod shall have minimum 17 mm dia. low carbon high tensile steel molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper thickness of minimum 250 microns for earth mat (at 700mm to 1000mm deep as per approved drawing and as directed) as per specifications and shall be confirming to IEC 62561-2. All joints shall be welded by exothermic welding as per IEEE 837. Risers from earth mat to be brought out as per approved drawings and specifications. (Cost of risers, exothermic welding are not included in this item),including earth enhancement material which shall be RoHS tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity not more than 0.12 ohm-m and all excavations,boring , backfilling as required to complete the works including testlinks so as to attain resistance less than 1 ohm for the earthmat.
6.2 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of maintenance free earthing system consisting of copper bonded steel rod shall have minimum 17 mm dia. 3 meter long, low carbon high tensile steel molecularly bonded with 99.9% pure electrolytic grade copper thickness of minimum 250 microns laying of vertical electrodes 3 m deep for Earth Mat as per specifications and shall be confirming to IEC 62561-2. All joints shall be welded by exothermic welding as per IEEE 837. Vertical Electrode shall be as per approved drawings and specifications. (Cost of risers, exothermic welding are not included in this item). Shall include earth enhancement material which shall be RoHS tested by NABL accredited lab in compliance to IEC 62561-7 with a resistivity not more than 0.12 ohm-m and all excavations,boring , backfilling as required to complete the works including testlinks so as to attain resistance less than 1 ohm for the earthmat.
6.3 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of an exothermic welding jointing material to make permanent buried earthing joints of an earth mat. An exothermic welding shall be suitable for Straight, tee, cross & riser drawings. An exothermic weld Mould shall be suitable for type of joints. It shall withstand min. 60 Nos. of same type of joints at a time. An Exothermic welding powder shall be copper based material. An exothermic welding shall meet the requirements of IEEE 837.
6.4 Supply and laying, Testing and commissioning of copper/ Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron(HDGI) Strips(minimum 80 microns thickness)/ wire for interconnecting the earthing stations ,panels, DBs etc. of the following sizes in built up trenches / surface/ wall/ ground complete with holes & fixing, jointing / terminating accessories as per specifications & drawing as required. E.07 LIGHTNING PROTECTION
7.1 Air Termination
7.1.1 Supply Installation testing & Commisioning of Multi spike air terminals of 16 mm dia. & 1000 mm length as required and as per site conditions. The air terminal shall be manufactured with aluminium & shall be as per IEC 62561-2. The air terminal shall be fixed with necesarry Base plate (150x150x6) arrangement. including 6sq.mm. copper cable (Bridging cable): along with lugs, having 500mm length & as per IEC 62561-1 so as to connect air termination rod with any metallic structure on the roof
7.1.2 Supply Installation testing & Commisioning of Roof Conductor for Parapet & Mesh : Supply of 8 mm dia aluminium round conductor for air termination network at parapet and for making mesh at terrace level and shall meet the requirement of IEC 62561-2 including Parapet Conductor holder, Mesh Conductor holder ,parapet & mesh conductor holder for metallic roof,Glue , Straight - Connector, insulator etc for making straight joint etc as per IEC 62561-2
7.2 Down Conductor & Earth Termination
7.2.1 Supply Installation testing & Commisioning of 8 mm dia aluminium round conductor for Down conductors to be installed on vertical wall, façade of masonary / glass / metalic work. It shall meet the requirements of IEC 62561-2, including all accessories such as conductor holder, test clamp, expansion piece etc as per IEC 62561-2
7.2.2 Supply Installation testing & Commisioning of Lightning Strike counter for counting the number of lightning strikes without any power supply. The Counter should be mounted on the Down Conductor. The Lightning Counter should be IP 68 rated enclosure suitable for external application.
7.2.3 Supply Installation testing & Commisioning of Earth terminations with 50 mm diameter with 3.6mm Thickness (heavy duty class-c) of GI perforated pipe complete with 15mm GI watering pipe with funnel with wire mesh etc. complete as per specification and drawing as required includind Test Clamp to disconnect the down conductor from the earth termination network for regular checks of the earth termination resistance value. (with enclosure) as per IS 3043.
E.08 EXTERNAL LIGHTING & MINOR CIVIL WORKS
8.1 Trenching
8.1.1 Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres. E.09 FIRE STOP MATERIALS
9.1 Supply, laying & testing of the Fire sealant materials complete as per below descriptions & confirming to Technical specification.
(a Supply installation and certification of rodent and termite proof Fire Barriers COMPOSITE SHEET Sheet in accordance to UL 1479 standard, shall be of approved make,ratified by FM Global and UL certified and with intumescent sealants for wall openings of approved Make. Sheet is made up of 28 guage galvanised sheet on one side and the other side reinforced with hexagonal shaped steel wire mesh and covered with aluminium foil.The nominal 7.62mm thick composite sheet provides minimum fire ratting of 2 hour. The maximum temperature that can be withstand is 1200 deg C (Hydro Carbon Fire) as per ASTM Standards E814 & E119. Composite sheet must be capable of passing ASTM E814,ANS1/1479 Standard methods of fire tests for through penetration fire stops upto the desired fire resistant ratring, It should also meets the summary of the fire tests results per ES1TIvt814. Electrical circuits protection systems for cable trays besides meeting surface burning characteristics ASTM E84.(ANSlIUL723) At Periphery of Intumescent Sheet & the small gaps left around the penetrants should be closed with INTUMESCENT SEALANT or INTUMESCENT PUTTY PAD suitable for rating of 2 hours or more. Product should not contain any volatile solvents or asbestos. The entire system shall be tested and approved by UL 1479 & ASTM E814 standard. All the applications, where intumescent Composite sheet along with Intumescent sealant or putty pad is used, UL System Test certificate or Engineering judgement report shall be submitted in compliance to international firestop council guidelines..( opening in wall)
(b) Sealing penetration in the wall and floor assemblies using FIRE, BARRIER ENDOTHERMIC MOTAR (with 3" depth) or approved equivalent Fire barrier motar shall be a light weight cementious product. The product should have fire rating and capable a minimum the rating of 2HRS.The maximum temperature that can be withstand is 1200 deg C (Hydro Carbon Fire) as per ASTM Standards E814 & El19.The material should be free of Asbestos or MMMF (Made made mineral fibre) the product shall have characteristic of self levelling and shall not sag. It should accomodate re-entry ability without the use of power tools.The products must be tested as per ASTM E& 14 and OANLWC S115 for apt 2 hours tire ressistance F& T (F1, F, FH and FTH).Expanding fire stop foam with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479 standards, shall be used to seal areas that are highly dense or are not accessible and cannot be sealed with fire stop mortar properly. The expanding foam shall expand minimum seven times its volume to fill the cavity at the time of dispensing the material and shall fully cure within two minutes after dispensing.All the applications, where Firestop Mortar is used UL System Test certificate or Engineering judgement report shall be submitted in compliance to international firestop council guidelines .It shall carry test certificate in accordance with IEC 60068-2-57:1999-11 (Environmental Testing) as per Part 2-57: Test for Vibration-Time-history method and VERTEQII for seismic zone 4.. The products shall carry test certificate for mold resistance rating of 0 as determined by ASTM G21-96.
E10 DG STATIONS
Design, Manufacture & Supply of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating sets along with all accessories(AMF Panel, 990L Day Oil Fuel tank, silencer,rotory pump) as given in Detailed BOQ and tender specification for the following capacity DG sets

FF.01 FIRE FIGHTING WORK
Whether explicitly specified or not, the pumps and the motors for fire protection system specified herein, must conform to Technical specifications, in addition to the description given in respective items of BOQ. In case of contradiction between specifications and description in BOQ, the most stringent of the condition will prevail. Foundation for all pumps shall be in scope of civil contractor. However anti vibration pad has to be provided by E&M Contractor only. E&M Contractor to interface with civil contractor for finalize the size of pump foundation.
The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all structural supports clamps and vibration mounting etc. as per the approved design/specifications. Also include painting of all exposed metal parts , pipes, fittings, vessels etc. with two coats of anticorrosive paint and two coats of enamel of "Fire Red" shade 536 to IS: 5-2004 and brand irrespective of whether mentioned or not.
All Main Fire Pumps shall be capable of delivering 150% of the rated flow at a head not less than 65% of the rated head. Also the shut-off head shall not exceed 140 % of the rated head.
The pump heads specified on the Drawings and / or Equipment Schedules are for guidance and information only and are calculated based on assumed equipment pressure drops. The exact pump head based on the pipe run and the offered equipment shall be carefully checked and re-calculated for each pump before ordering the equipment. Calculation shall be submitted for approval. No modification to the piping system shall be allowed without prior approval. Any additional cost for the modification of the system (pumps, motors, switchgears, cables, panel boards, switchboards, etc.) necessary to meet the specified duties, special conditions and the offered equipment shall be provided at no extra cost to the Employer.

1.11 Response Indicator
Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Response Indicator which consists of steady glowing LED. This LED shall be mounted within a M.S. / fire rated Polycarbonate box and connected in parallel to the built in indicator of the detector as per specifications. The RI shall come "ON" as soon as the detector activates complete in all respects as per specification. The RI should be at least UL/ EN/ Vds certified.Including face plate and accesories complete as required

3. All items shall be confirm to IS/ IEC/ BS/ NBC-2016 as per approval of Employer's representatives. All items shall be supplied from ISO certified supplier.

H.1 AIR-CONDITIONING
SUB-HEAD 'A' - MACHINERY & PIPING WORKS
1.1 AIR COOLED DUCTABLE /HI WALL TYPE SPLIT AC UNITS
Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of Ductable/Hi wall type inverter based energy efficient split AC units with air cooled condenser complete with inverter type scroll/ rotary compressor, condenser, wiring & accessories. Indoor units shall be wall mounted type complete with evaporator, fan, filter, drier, expansion devices & microprocessor control panel along with all accessories with refrigerant & oil charge, remote controls. The unit shall be suitable for working at 240 ± 10% , 50 Hz, 1 phase AC supply. The unit shall be designed to take care of minimum vertical head 10mt & horizontal length of 25 mt & necessary oil separator shall be included, Necessary supporting arrangement for both indoor & outdoor units Powder Coated/Galvanized MS stand for ODU units as per approved make, with necessary vibration isolation arrangement as per site condition etc. Control cabling between indoor and outdoor cabling shall be included in the quoted price. ( condensate drain pipe shall be paid separately)
Necessary corrosive treatment of fins and copper coil, joints of the ODU/IDU with aluminium pigmented polyurethane coating of minimum 25 microns thickness on aluminium fins and 120 microns thickness on copper coil and joints or Silane based hybrid coating of minimum 15 microns thickness on aluminium fins and 40-50 microns thickness on copper coil and joints or 80-90 microns ( Base coat- 50-60 micron Hybrid epoxy + Top coat 20-30 micron Silane Hybrid) thickness on copper coil and joints & Silane based hybrid coating of minimum 15 microns thickness on aluminium fins to offer an inhibiting as well as sacrificial protection of metals against corrosion, Sulphur and other chemical contaminants present in the air. Coating should be done at manufacturing stage only in presence of OEM representative. The coating shall be carried-out by the certified applicator of coating manufacturer. The Outdoor unit Compressor must be provided with 5 Year Warranty Period. Silver Ion Filter, Dust Filter Civil Work such as wall hole making, wall chiselling, refilling of chiselling part with mortar etc. as per site condition. Nitrogen pressure testing for leakages & flushing during installation & after commissioning between IDU & ODU with flare nuts The unit shall be Modbus Compatible or can transfer data from Units on any other communication protocol to CRC/BMS.
Notes: The vendor may offer the outdoor units as per availability from the manufacturer, however keeping the tonnage same or nearby tonnage as per BOQ subject to approval by Client without any extra charge The indoor units capacity can be also as per availability from the manufacturer but keeping the minimum capacity as required in BOQ subject to approval by Client.

1.2 Central Remote Controller with Touch Screen
Supply installation testing & commissioning of PLC based Central Remote Controller for complete system for controlling and monitoring the air conditioning units as per the particular specification.
1.3 Design,Supply installation testing & commissioning of PLC based Remote Temperature Controller device along with temparature sensor for monitoring and control of exhaust fans in ASS room including temparature sensor ,Cabling of 3 Core, 19/0.3mm, silver coated copper strands, teflon insulated, teflon sheath white, SS304 braided shield cable laid inside GI flexible conduit as per client approval. The individual/group of exhaust fans shall be controlled. Real time monitoring and display of temperature. Running status of exhaust fans etc shall be available on the controller. Controller shall be located in the ASS room.
1.4 REFRIGERANT PIPING
Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Interconnecting refrigerant pipe work with elastomeric nitrile rubber/closed cell expanded polythene tubular insulation, GI flexible pipe cladding between each set of indoor & outdoor units as per specifications, all piping should be laid on Galvanised Iron cable tray supported with threaded rods, GI angles, Hangers & Clamps and price shall be all inclusive. (As per IS 10773:1995)

I sheet metal ducts complete with flanges, neoprene rubber gasket, elbows, Splitter Damper, vanes, hangers & support etc. as required as per IS standard & conforming to specification. The rates shall include all materials of the duct and labour for suspension and supporting arrangement for plenums, ducts, complete with fire retardant flexible connection as required and as per specifications.
Note : Splitter Shall be a part of ducting.
3.2 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 50 micron Powder coated Aluminium extruded Diffuser/ Grills as per specification & and drawings including fixing frames of GI in False ceiling/ wall.

3.4 Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of exhaust air/fresh air louvers of powder coated extruded aluminium construction with bird screen, minimum 80 mm deep.

1.1 Supply,Installation testing and commisioning of LED RGBW Flexible LED Strip with 14.4 Watt per meter . LED Strip with system lumen output should be more than 700 lms /Meter . Standard Length of LED Strip shall be a minimum of 5 Mtr and it shall be capable of producing dynamic color changing light for with 16 million colors and should be programmable using 8 bit control DMX512 protocol / Ethernet based control. The Strip should have IP 67 protection with inbuilt IP67 connectors at both ends. DMX enabler circuit should be outside the Luminaire/LED Strip only. LED Strip shall be suitable to operate at an ambient temperature range of -20°C to 50°C. Life time shall be at least L70B50 @ 35000 burning hours at 50°C. LED should of make Nichea, Osram, Cree, Lumiled, of 5050 SMD package only. The rated voltage of the Luminaire should be 24VDC, Luminaire shall be offered with a BIS Approved Potted Driver of IP 66/67 rating made of extruded aluminium to make it more thermal efficient, Led Driver should have Operating input voltage range: 90-305Vac, PF > 0.95 and must have safety operation range form 90V - 176Vac. 1.4 Supply of Architectural linear shapes like L,Y, X,+ luminaire based on the client requirement The luminaire shall have housing made of Aluminum extruded housing in white powder coated finish and high transmittance PMMA opal diffuser for glare free symmetric light distribution. Luminaire shall deliver excellent illumination & visual comfort with CRI of >80,CCT 5700 K. Luminaires should be with 100 lm/W System Efficacy and designed for Avg. LED Life (L70 B50) 50,000 Burning Hours & with high efficient Photobiologically safe PN junction diode. Luminaire should be Powered by an integral electronic constant current driver offering THDi<10% , Output Short-circuit protection, Surge Voltage protection, and other reliability tests as per IS:15885 Part 2/Sec 13.
