M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old painted steel surfaces of any descripition over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one or more coats of French polishing on old surfaces of any description, width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted concrete surface (as a kerb stone) and apply one coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) of any description over 10cm girth and width, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on road hinting/lines with hot applied thermo plastic compound paint confirming to MORTH specified painting as per manufactures specification / directions, mechanically applied to form 1.5mm thick film on road limit including cleaning and drying the existing dust oil, grease and moisture free surface before applying paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls, facia/soffits of slabs etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) including setting coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick work or concrete surfaces complete as specifed in SSR Part-I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregate are thoroughly covered.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of spray painting in camouflage pattern to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glass mosiac tiles in vertical surface of size 20x20x4 mm fixed with 2 to 3 mm thick nitotie/rubber grout pressed with rubber trowel to remove excess grout, damp sponge and subsequently with dry ray complete all as specified and directed.
