Taking down chowkhats or frames n. exc 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified & directed.

All as per itme No 2 here in above but exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floors complete all as specified & directed .

Each door having 02 Nos Disc or D type handle, 02 Nos aluminum tower bolt 200mm size, one door closer,one brass mortice lock of six lever with key in duplicate regulated by double action hydraulic floor spring heavy duty (Make : Sandhu/Ritz ) shutter to be partly glaze with 5mm thick tined coloured glass in upper pannel and partly pannelled with 12 mm thick both side laminated particle board in lower pannel fixed with glazing clip, rubber beading/gasket, anodised aluminum beading screw, complete all as specified and directed at site. Chowkhat frame : 101.60x44.45x1.60mm, Shuter verticle style : 85x44.45x1.56mm, Shutter top rail and bottom rail : 114.30x44.45x1.55mm

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead /double glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass or wiremesh shall be paid separately) Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F in repair for powder coated aluminium ventilator fixed type half glazed and half gauged with and including hardware fitting, glazing, wire gauge, rubber packing, aluminium beading etc. as specified below including taking down old/ ventilator and making good of wall surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed. aluminium section shall be of size as given below: Frame:- 44.5x44.5mmx 1.08mm thick, Top/ botton rails and middle / side styles of shutter - 44.5x 44.5 mm x 1.08 mm thick Including Glass: 5 mm thick frodted glass fixed with rubber gasket with aluminium beading, necessary aluminium beading,wire gauge incl aluminium gril with frame fixed to by means stainless steel screws .

S&F in repair for powder coated aluminium partion (fixed) made out of aluminium powder coated section 83x 44.45 x 2.00 mm including ACP sheet complete with rubber packing /aluminum beading etc including dismantling of existing structure complete all as specified and directed.
