1. Scope of Work 1) Preparation of Conceptual drawing for Krishna interpretation centre. The theme ideas for visualizing Krishna Leelas. Identification of theme for each room and gallery and prepare theme interior drawing. I) Implements a “bubble diagram,” which accounts for the visualizing Krishna Leelas. Interpretation centre typically have Spiritual themed “zones,” and detail what style of architecture will be utilized in each one as well as the Spiritual attractions that will inhabit them. II) Colours distributed throughout the interpretation centre and Spiritual themed architecture intends to create a fantastical sense of place. Scope of work can be change by Municipal board Nathdwara officers as per site requirement 2) Consultant shall have to prepare his plans, their preliminary drawings and for provisional approval from municipality. After getting provisional approval consultant shall submit their final plan along with 3D modules in three copies at his own cost. Cost estimation to be done by consultant. Consultant shall have to facilitate the engineers to calculate the quantities, their material suggestions, market rate for Non-SoR items. During execution of work all working drawings to be submitted by consultant as per requirement of site. Any delay/hindrance caused due to late supply of working drawings shall be recovered from consultant. 3) Supervision work:- All interior, Spiritual and Interpretation theme related work will be in supervision of consultant. 4) Preparation of Development and Management Plan of interpretation centre. 5) Visit charges: - If municipal engineers need any expert help or have any query related to consultancy, during execution of work than the consultant shall facilitate the same and site visit charges shall be borne by consultant.
