Supply, fixing and lowing in replacement of submersible cable 3 core 35 sq mm , PVC insulated & PVC sheathed industrial flat submersible cable with bare bunched copper conductor for connection with LT panel and motor with voltage grade 1100 volts generally conforming IS :694 complete including 35 sq mm copper lugs and jointing material, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE-Havells/Polycab/ FIinolex.

All as per item 1 above but cable of size 25 Sq mm 3 core

Dismantling of unserviceable valve pit chamber completely and construction of brick masonary valve pit of of size 120X120X120 Cm , PCC in foundation and MS cover with and including 3mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron made of 50mmx50mmx6mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in approved soil, deposited surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs, 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6 and 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in copping complete including dismantling of damaged valve pit, complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cost of excavation, valve chamber cover and brick work , fixing of 150 mm dia CI/DI pipes,nut bolts ,fittings jonts ,etc complete is included in this item, Nothing extra payment is admissible on this account.

To attend urgent nature of complaints of water supply installations of any nature pertaining to elctrical & mechanical problem of any type of motors/pumps/LT panels and connected accessories like MCCBs, starter, relays, single phase preventor, lugs, copper cable, meggering of cable, checking of pump/motor at any pump house/sub station & misc works, MCB's , Contactors, relays, pvc cable, jugs, ferruls, loose nut bolts etc at any location and locating the fault and rectification of the fault and replacing the burnt out items as per site requirement inclduing making connection including saturday/sunday/holiday complete all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Material i.e. lugs, wire, ferrule and glands are issued under respective items No extra payment will be given to contractor complete all as specified and directed . (ii) Contractor shall provide suitable electrician to attend the complaints on urgent required basis within 12 hours or as per requirement.

Cleaning and disinfection of RCC OVER HEAD reserviors of capacity 75000 gallons at approx 18 to 21 mtr high staging by using mechanical cum pressure machine comprising of the follwing process:-

Draning out water and evacuation of internal surfaces including floors and celling with mechanical pressure machine.

Cleaning of internal surface including floor walls and celling with mechanical scrubber and washing the surface with high pressure water jet.

Dis lodging the dirt layers with high speed water jet and draining out the sluge water.

Applying solution of H202 (hydrogen pre oxide) in ratio of 1:100 ltrs of water to complete internal surface of tank.

Washing of complete surface with with clear water to the entrie satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge and applying two coat of lime white wash to the complete internal surface of OHT after scraping of old surface and painting stair case railing inside the tank with two coat of synthetic enameled paint.

Writing with paint the date of cleaning and due date of cleaning to be written on each tank to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge.

All OH tank cleaning will be maintained in register by contractor and produced for signature of GE.

Description all as per Sr item No 7 above but capacity (1,00,000) gallon complete all as specified and as directed.

Draining out water completely from over head tank in ETH through wash out \manually cleaning of RCC over head reservour capacity 6000 Galllans at 70 ft staging by removing of sludge scarping silt mud foreign material etc on the walls and floor of reservour and washing the inner surface with bleaching powder and taking out the same manually from the reservour and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed and applying two coats of lime white washing to the complete internal surfaces of OH tank after scraping of old surface.

Cleaning and disinfection of under ground reservours at ETH of 18.2 meter dia and 1.5 meter depth by using mechanical cum pressure machine comprising of the following process draining out water and evacuation of internal surfaces including floors with mechanical pressure machine cleaning of internal surfaces including floor walls with mechanical scrubber and washing the surface with high pressure water jet Dis lodging the dirt layers with high speed water jet and draining out the sludge water applying solution of H2O2 (Hydrogen per oxide ) in the ration of 1:100 ltrs of water to complete internal surface of tank Disinfection of complete internal surface of tank with ultra violet radiation for minimum one hour as directed and washing of complete surface with clear water to the entire satisfaction.

Desilting/ cleaning of ETH HOT WATER storage well of depth APPROXIMATE 5.00 Mtr and 4.5 Mtr dia taking out sludge in the form of solid manually and getting out and removal to a distance n. exc 500 mtr and burried the same in low laying area and painted the sump with, complete all as specified and directed .

Draining out water from tanks through wash out /manually or mechanically and cleaning of uncovered semi under ground waste storage tank for fire fighting capacity 25000 gallon by removal of sludge ,scraping silt,mud,foreign material etc less than 100 mtr and deposited where directed and washing the inner surface applying two coats of white wash internaly after preparation of old surface and wrtting the date of cleaning with black paint and folling the cracks in wall /floor of sump with white cement for stoppage of leakage complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair and replacing of submersible pump & motor 60 to 62 HP unserviceable burnt parts / burnt copper winding like winding wire 2.3 mm, motor housing bush, thrust bearing pad , S S Shaft (per stage), slot straighter & filling , seal bush GM, GM neck ring, SS sleeve, Suction Chamber, blasing works ,bowl bush, stain less key, nut bolt and washers, Gasket ,two coat paints and any spare parts required any type of polishinh any type of grinding for smooth functioning of pump and back to site after repair , connecting, testing complete all as directed . Note- Any type of grinding, polishing, brazing, ball, motor bush pump repair studs nut,bolts, gasket, any accessories, submersible motor cable up to 3 mtr lead 02 nos replaced if required to be replaced works are included in quoted rates not any type of extra payment given to contractor all as directed by EIC at site and workshop.

Taking out pump set 40 to 62 HP along with column pipe flanged 100 /150 mm bore with submersible cable from bore hole of tube well of any depth using crane and sufficient man power, plugging / covering of open well by means of dummy plate, dismantling joints of flanged pipes in position including removing old rubber board gaskets , bolts , nuts , washers, Gasket for 150 mm dia flange and any spare parts required for smooth functioning of bore well after repair complete. Lowering of submersible pump set 40 to 62 HP complete set capacity by means of cranes, connecting, testing complete all as directed .

S&F indicating lamp industrial LED type R, Y, B including taking out old unserviceable indicating lamp complete all as specified and directed . Make :- AE/Kay/Siemen.

Material and labour for repair and maintenance of chlorine dozing pump set at pump house by replacing Ball ceramic, Dosing PVC hose, Dosing PVC pipe , foot valve with filter, injuction valve with NRV, spring ,stoke knob,Pressure relief/safety valves, pan head screw,PP-ring , nut bolt and washers etc. and any spare parts required for smooth functioning of chlorine dozing pump complete including connecting, testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steel water tubing galvanized iron medium grade laid in trenches including all fittings such as bends. Elbow, tees, short piece, connections , back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and unions etc for the following sizes including necessary excavation, returning filling and removal, complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking out u/s pipe line of size 150 mm dia Supply laying ,testing CI pipe lines of size 150 mm CLASS LA water mains (Including all fittings making connection to existing lines ) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints etc including taking out lead from joints, including necessary excavation, returning filling and removal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CI pipe with flanged ends centrifugally cast 150 mm bore class "A"ISI marked in any length in trenches including necessary excavation, returning filling and removal complete all as specified and directed. , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of cast iron fitting for sockted/ flanged pipes up to 150 mm bore such as bends, tapers, tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle tapers any type (straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee branch single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross collars caps and plugs up to 150 mm bore complete all as directed.

Material and labour for taking out brunt copper cable from star delta starters/ motors/panels of size 6 sq mm single core copper cable and Supply ,laying & testing single core FR PVC industrial grade copper conductor (unseathed) flexible cable6 sqmm 1100 volts grade confirming to IS 694, complete cover with flexible conduit for protection of cable including all out going ,incoming connection with 95 sq mm copper lugs 03 nos on panel side and o3 nos on motor side all as specified and directed. Material and labour for taking out brunt COPPER LUG of existing 25 sq mm to 120 sq mm from panel MCCB/BUSBARS ETC and supply ,fixing and testing of copper lug of size 25 to 120 sq mm for any type of cable and fixing on motor /panel /starter etc all as specified and directed .
