Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R items) Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No 18 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality in vertical surfaces/ skirtings/dados of size 450x300x7mm thick/300 x 600 x 7 mm thick or nearest size as required , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles joint free premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Marble work, Baroda green, 16-18mm thick, in one piece in width and length not less than 1.8 m (except in case of slab is more than 1.80 meter and less than 2.40 meter smaller size as approved by Engr-in-Charge may be used) table rubbed & polished in shelves,coocking plateform, tread of stair case, window cill and similar location etc including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble including rounding of exposed edges and finally granite finish polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc, also splays between floors and beams, chajjas including edges etc., work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roofs, floors, beams, chajjas, staircases, landings and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L reinforced cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in chajjas, beams, lintels over 1.5 mtr span and the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing PCC precast 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, precast cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor/ hard standing etc and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick out door coloured paver tiles heavy duty of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in existing sunken floor etc and removal of the same to a distance exceeding 250 mtr and not exceeding 500 mtr, deposited where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F medium grade GI tubing of size 40mm dia as in spouts as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floor, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing sunken floor water proofing treatment comprising of the following :- (a) Scrapping the surface with wire brush and cleaning with water and allow to dry. (b) Applying cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/Sqm duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction ( the corners will be made round in concave shape) and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (d) Applying cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/sqm duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.20kg/sqm (f) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt using butane gas torch and ceiling all joints. (g) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @1.20kg/sqm.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on boths face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with particle board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick plain moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section frame of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed window leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : I) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf.
