M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made pre laminated solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with single piece extruded pvc profile both side prelam PVC sheet 'C' channel having a 5mm thick PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement, forming stiles, and 5mm thick both side prelam single piece extruded pvc profile for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of both side prelam 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and shown on drawing given in SSR Part II. S&F pre laminated Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam single piece extruded pvc profile and edgs will be painted to match with prelam sheet,PVC sheet are to be reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube EPDM rubber gasket weather seal shall be provided through out the frame. The profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and joint by insrting 2 nos of 150mm long backets of 15mmx15mm MS square tube inside the 19mmx19mm MS square tube and suitably screwed and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

The thickness of shutter is edges painted by matching colour of PVC lining of prelam coloured PVC sheet using etc, complete as per manufactue specification.

(d) Applying one coat of polymeric modified bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over which one coat of aluminium bituminous paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer contractor shall be submitted documentary evidence in support of applicator engaged for approval of GE.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick, in CM (1:3) as in sunken portion, and roof surfaces, rendering is to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken portion by applying polymeric water proofing membrane APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt not less than 150gms/ Sqm ) laid on roof surface sealing all joints etc over one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete and sub base floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of (unreinforced) cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing of rubbish outside premices as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered) by brooming down with steel wire brushing and scrapping down, smoke root, moulds, moss, efforescent salt and treading oil greasy spot complete all as specified. (Note: Preparation shall be passed by GE before applying trreatment and be recorded in stage passing register.)

M&L one coat of white wash on wall using DDL complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) The work will be carried out upto tripple storey builing (ii) The rate of scafolding deemed to be included in the quoted rate for item . (iii) Preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for two coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) The work will be carried out upto tripple storey builing (ii) The rate of scafolding deemed to be included in the quoted rate for item . (iii) Preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of whether proof exterior emulsion paint on brick/concrete plastered surface of walls complete all as specified. Note : (i) The work will be carried out upto tripple storey builing (ii) The rate of scafolding deemed to be included in the quoted rate for item (iii) Preparation of surfaces shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of old AC sheets surfaces by brooming down with steel wires brushing and washing with water and applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather resistance paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30 mm high with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc finished even and rough to received top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for laying of inter locking tiles (paving blocks) laid in layers, including watering and consolidation complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size prepolished confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm tickness , M-35 grade, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigments including demolition of old unserviceable paver block complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor topping of hard standing finished even and fair without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels nexc 4 sqm). 10mm thick construction joints shall be provided including joints filling material complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) (using old size bricks) complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No. 135.00 here-in-above but except bricks.(Bricks obtained from demolition shall be re-used)

M&L walling of random rubble stone masonary, well boned , bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L raking out joints/pointing in cement mortar to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note:- The rates include for raking or cutting out joints and decayed mortar etc, not less than 12mm deep, washing the joints, removing rubbish off the premises, and keeping the surface to be pointed wet for 2 days prior to re-pointing.)

M&L for raised pointing in cement mortar (1:4) to random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry or brought up to courses of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed, brough to course in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

M&L precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, man hole cover slab, chajjas etc.and similar articles with plain faces set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement and necessary form work complete all as specified. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement will be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified.

Add or deduct from item No.143 here-in-above for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates of any description complete all as specified.

S&F framed work as in doors and gate of angle and other section with gusset plate, rails, braces etc and other similar works and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings complete, conforming to Fe-410 W Gde E-250 quality 'A'.

S&F mild steel work such as in angle iron, flat iron fillets wind tie for roofing including securing bolts etc, fixing of barbed wire to RCC post, securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary cuttings, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required, as per site requirement and other similar works complete mild steel, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling of fitting/wind tie complete.

Taking down old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation in trenches and getting out in any type of soil, supply, laying and jointing of new SGSW pipe type 'A' 150mm dia in any length, laid in trenches including PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against sides after they are laid and tested complete all as specified.

Taking down old broken cast iron pipes from existing sewage line or along plumbing slack along the wall including necessary excavation in trenches where required, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in complete, supplying, laying in trenches or laong the walls with MS clamps of standard specifications and jointing of new 100mm dia cast iron (sand cast) pipe complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of SWG Pipe 100/150 mm internal dia of depth upto 1 m by rodding or by using pressure pump completely including man holes and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km and n.exc 5 Km out side of MOD land complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering of soak well or sewage pit of any dia and depth manually or by using pump and removal of sludge if any to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km out side of MOD land complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of septic tank of any size capacity by removing sludge in semi solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km out of MOD land complete all as specified & directed by Engineer –in Charge. (Note:- Measurements will be taken only after dewatering of the septic tank).

Cleaning of manholes not exceeding 1.5m depth and removing the sludge and burying the waste material in borrow pits. Note:- (Cost of the borrowpit deemed to be included in the quoted rate for item)

Cleaning of CI/PVC pipes of any dia from first floor to ground floor up to trap and 1st manhole along the wall, floor, including rodding and removing waste material to a distance not exc 50 mtr all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110mm dia bore complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose, 125mm size with or without swivel joints including fixing to steel pipe or union.
