M&L for dry lean cement concrete (DLC) of thickness 150 mm with 7 days compressive strength of 7 MPA with Min cement content of 150 kg/cum of concrete using grading as per latest edition IRCSP-49-2014 specification and as per designed mix spread rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tendem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and n.exc 15 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming 25 mm thick expansion joint by full depth using diamond cutter, filled with DURA board HD 100 applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete depth of joint i.e the thickness of concrete slab, provision of closed celled polyurethane backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealent (Min depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 15mm) complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875 2003 priming the side minimum MAF or 30% with ten years performance gurantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab 400 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Forming construction joint 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polyurethane backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealent (minimum depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS:5212, BS 4254 and EN 41575-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF+30% with ten years perormance guarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling and removal of taxi track light 128 Nos along with PCC cover iron plates isolation transformer, lighting connector from taxi light including all necessary connection including excavation and reinstallation of elevated taxi way lights 128 Nos with complete fixing accessories and testing with complete serviciability as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The taxi lights and connected items shall be deposited by contractor to SE(L) after dismantling and obtaining receipt from SE(L) and return back for installation. (ii) Any damage during dismantling is liability with contractor. (iii) GPS survey rates deemed to be included for reinstallation of lights. (iv) Taxi track lighting work will be executed by contractor through any of the specialised agency approved by Air HQ i.e. M/s AMA Pvt Ltd, M/s Honeywell automation Ltd, YPR Eng solution Pvt Ltd., M/s Vardhaman Airport Solutions Pvt Ltd. (v) After installation certification shall be done in concurrence. (vi) Contractor handover the complete system of lightingto SE(L) for further maintenance & operation (vii) The scope of work shall include excavation to remove the existing 128 Nos CI box alongwith existing PCC cover and iron plate from existing 128 Nos lights and reinstalling all the lights alongwith CI boxes. CI boxes shall be installed at the final finish level.
