Demolition of existing asphaltic concrete/BM/WMM n exc 1.5m deep removing debris outside MD land including loading, unloading complete all as specified and directed. Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil removing excavated material outside MD land including loading, unloading complete all as specified. Note : Place/spot outside MD land for depositing excavated material shall be ascertained by contractor at their own cost.

Providing and Laying 500mm thick stabilized mixture of good earth and cement (96% good earth mixed with 4% cement by weight) in layer on the surface of subgrade, mixing by the mechanical plant to react and providing the mixture in layers not exc 20cm thickness (loose) on the prepared subgrade, rolling each layer with power roller of 8 to 15 tonne or vibratory road roller as directed under condition of optimum moisture content to achive minimum 98% modified proctor density incl levelling and fine dressing the top layer to the required gradient, camber, slope etc complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating of formation surface in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne and not exc 15 tonne to achive minimum 98% of modified procter density at optimum moisture content (OMC) to achieve 'K' value (modulus of subgrade reaction) of minimum 5 Kg/cm2/cm complete all as specified.

M & L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) GSB grade V in one layer as per MoRTH specification, surface formed, watered and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient by using earth compactor (power roller) 8 to 15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency to achieve 98% of maximum dry density (MDD) at OMC determined using modified proctor density determinatin method as per IS code complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Wet mix macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in two layers of 75 mm each with coarse aggregate spcified in IRC-109-2015, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using mechanical paver of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified

M&L for dry lean cement concrete (DLC) of thickness 150 mm with 7 days compressive strength of 7 MPA with Min cement content of 150 kg/cum of concrete using grading as per latest edition IRCSP-49-2014 specification and as per designed mix spread rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tendem vibratory roller of capacity exc 8 tonne and n.exc 15 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for high density polyethylene film (transperent colour) in single layer of 400 Micron thickness virgin quality (as per ASTMD 2103/IS 2508) laid with side and overlapping not less than 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for levelling and spreading 10mm thick sand cushioning below high density polyethylene/pvc cable with screened and washed sand & punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Non circular, virgin synthetic manu filament polyester fibers of length 12mm specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39. UV stable, alkali resistant equivalent diameter 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature 250 degree celcius and minimum tensile strength 300 Mpa be used upto 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specification in design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for finishing surface of concrete pavement by brooming of Concrete pavement complete while concrete is green complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming 25 mm thick expansion joint by full depth using diamond cutter, filled with DURA board HD 100 applying bond breaker tape on top of board for complete depth of joint i.e the thickness of concrete slab, provision of closed celled polyurethane backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealent (Min depth of sealent above backup rod shall be 15mm) complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875 2003 priming the side minimum MAF or 30% with ten years performance gurantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealent and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab 400 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming construction joint 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polyurethane backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealent (minimum depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS:5212, BS 4254 and EN 41575-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF+30% with ten years perormance guarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for contraction (dummy joint), 135 mm deep and 8 mm wide (using diamond cutter), filled with polyurethane sealant (minimum depth of sealant 12mm) , complying with BS:5212, and fixing 10mm dia polyurethane backup rod and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant in position as required complete all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new concrete/bitumen surfaces on rigid / flexible portion of Runway/Taxi track by brushing, washing, rubbing by gunny bags over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coat of water based paint on lines, dashes arrows, letters etc (First quality super Acrylic emulsion) any tint paint complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 hereinbefore above but n exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new concrete/bitumen surfaces on rigid / flexible portion of Runway/Taxi track by brushing, washing, rubbing by gunny bags over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint painting lines, dashes, arrows, letter etc any tint paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and avg 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct in item no 20 here in before for every 3cm or part thereof above or below 15 cm avg depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) granular Sub Base in two layer (100mm each layer) of grading II as per MoRTH Specification surface formed rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 tonne to 15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency at OMC to achive 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plates (plain or chequered) channels. Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment as in blast deflector, gusset plate etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality-B complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for frangible road sign board having 100% UV protected face plate on both sides exc 0.50 Sqm but not more than 1.00 Sqm each consisting of non metallic materials with metallic fasteners as approved by Engr-in-Charge. Impact strength of 139 Kg/Sqcm as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, UV resistance must meet 1000 hr UV weathering test for tensile strength as per ASTM G53 and very low, flammability as per IS-6746, Appx. `N' 1994, Temp. resistance (-)40C to (+)80C and able to withstand wind force of 150 Km/hr, with high intensity prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting as base and with cut out massage as per site requirement and directed (legends borders letters numerals & symbol etc) with high intensity prismatic grade retro reflective complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 cum , getting out , returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including any dia of wire and mesh, size and type any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including , securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 3mm dia chain link mild steel galvanized fencing of mesh of size 75mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel flat iron fillets and angle iron (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed confirm to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 30 cm long 8 mm dia fixed as line wires complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prepartion of steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 8 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors n.exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed

Boring of holes under road pavement, hard standing by trenchess technology using ultra sound technique and necessary horizontal boring machine for road/taxi/dispersal crossing including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia as such scale of 0.4 Mpa pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note : The depth of the horizontal bore hole below the Taxi/road/dispersal as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per site requirement upto 2mtrs from ground level.

Supply & fix cable joint kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination Cold shrink type joint suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cable of size 95 sqmm (E) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 cm wide and thickness not less than 50 mm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of HT feeder piller box of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HT feeder pillar box, out door type, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, CPRI approved, of size 200cm x 200cm x 150cm, factory made, totally enclosed, weather proof, made out of two coats of epoxy powder coated 3mm thick MS Sheet, with front and rear openable doors and with both side locking arrangement, with 3 Nos. of copper bus bar 630 Amp of 1.5 metre length rating capacity including 8mm thick acrilic sheet on both side rear and front side with SMC insulator support duly fixed on box with drilling of suitable size nuts bolts washers including danger notice board, complete fixed on angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 6mm and 75cm height (45cm below ground level and 30 cm above ground level) and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates platform complete including 3m x 3m chain link fencing of 4mm thick with angle iron frame and 1m x 2m gate complete including two coats of synthetic enamel painting to all internal and external surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantaling and removal of taxi track light 128 Nos along with PCC cover iron plates isolation transformer, lighting connector from taxi light including all necessary connection including excavation and reinstallation of elevated taxi way lights 128 Nos with complete fixing accessories and testing with complete serviciability as specifiedand directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The taxi lights and connected items shall be deposited by contractor to SE(L) after dismantling and obtaining receipt from SE(L) and return back for installation. (ii) Any damage during dismantling is liability with contractor. (iii) GPS survey rates deemed to be included for reinstallation of lights. (iv) Taxi track lighting work will be executed by contractor through any of the specialised agency approved by Air HQ i.e. M/s AMA Pvt Ltd, M/s Honeywell automation Ltd, YPR Eng solution Pvt Ltd., M/s Vardhaman Airport Solutions Pvt Ltd. (v) After installation certification shall be done in concurrence. (vi) Contractor handover the complete system of lightingto SE(L) for further maintenance & operation (vii) The scope of work shall include excavation to remove the existing 128 Nos CI box alongwith existing PCC cover and iron plate from existing 128 Nos lights and reinstalling all the lights alongwith CI boxes. CI boxes shall be installed at the final finish level.

Supply, laying and testing commissioning of primary stranded bare copper cable XLPE insulated PVC/PE sheathed of size 1 core x 6sqmm 5Kv capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old primary cable shall deposited to SE (L) and contractor shall obtain receipt from SE (L).

Supply & fix primary connectors 5KV contain plug housing, receptacle housing for water tight connection suitable for 1core x 6sqmm cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix rubber gasket base plate with necessary pasting of solution complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix taxi way edge medium intensity omni directional blue elevated light with 36W halogen lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Transformer Housing box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix bolts suitable for fixing of transformer housing box size M-10 complete all as specified and directed.
