Financial Bids should be made with respect to the cost of 1 kilogram Bharat Dal (Tur) packs and include various cost elements. These elements encompass 25,000 metric tons (MT) Domestic/ Imported raw tur stock lifting from allocated warehouses, transportation of raw tur stock up to mills, loading and unloading of tur, design and printing of packing material as per FSSAI norms and regulations, conversion of raw tur into dal, packing of tur dal in 1 kg pack, storage, transportation of packed dal, insurance coverage for the raw tur and dal during transit, distribution of converted dal, sale of converted dal in the drought-prone and untimely rainfall area of Maharashtra, responsible for conducting advertising, publicity, branding and promotional activities for Bharat Dal, other associated work/ activities, any other expenses as per the terms and conditions; all levies, duties and taxes including GST, works contract tax, local taxes, income tax, mandi tax and other taxes, if any; and other work mentioned in the financial bid document.
