Grading roof for water proofing treatment with
Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
Surface Cleaning & crack filling with two coats mixed with cement in ration 1:1.5 (1 ltr SBR latex : 1.5kg cement) of width 150mm of required length and 10mm depth and appropriate thickness etc. as per direction of engineer -in-charge.
Finishing the surface with 20mm thick jointless cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) in ratio admixture with water proofing compound conforming to IS code: 2645 and approved by Er-In-Charge including laying glass fiber of approved quality on top layer of plaster and finished the surface with trowel with heat cement slurry making pattern of 300mm X 300mm square 3mm deep and also to give required slope and treating the similer the adjoining wall upto 300mm height, including rounding the junction wall and slab.
Providing and applying two or more coat of high performance polymer modified cementenous coating with 45 GSM glass fiber mesh rainforcement with the help of brush, rolar & spray. After diluction of powder componant to the liquid pllymer to make smooth and homogenics serface etc. completes as direction of engineer -in-charge.
Providing and applying one self primer coat with water in ratio 2:1, 0.45 to 0.50 liter per square meter per coat) and three or more undiluted coat of high performance solar reflective water proof coating for roof of 1.0 to 1.1 liters per square meter per coat , including 45 GSM glass fiber mesh with a size of 2.5mm X 2.5mm with the help of brush, rollar & spray to make the surface heat insulated and leakproof etc. complete as per direction by engineer - in - charge.
