Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm)

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Supply, erection and testing of MS heavy grade pipes conforming to IS: 1229/IS:3589 with accessories including all fittings viz. tees eibow, reducers, flanges, rubber gasket etc. 200mm

Providing and fixing butterfly valve as per BS: 5155 (water type) matching flanges complete with nuts & bolts size: 80mm

Supplying & installation of dial type pressure gauge of suitable pressure range, fitted with damper arrangement and isolation valve as shown in respective drawing. The diameter of dial shall be 150mm preferably filled up with glyserine. All other necessary fittings to be supplied to erect the gauge on top of the riser
