Taking down electric meter and disconnecting, removing to store for keeping in safe custody for refixing etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down main switch / MCB/ DBS including MC BS etc of any size removing for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately ) and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces of wall, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking dowm submainwiring including earth wire and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces of walls incuding removing from site for credit complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminum point wiring complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, light fitting etc, removing materials for taking credit (credit for the items should be made as per conditions separately ) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for point wiring with 2.5 sqmm cable PVC unsheathed and insulated copper multistranded conductor FRLS 1100 Volts grade cable ( red colour cable to be used for live connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection ) controlled by one way switch drown through and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit with all accessories and 2.5 sqmm copper multistrand conductor FRLS 1100 Volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated ( green colour ) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick for mounting of switch with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover incl cutting Chases pinning in, for concealed conduit wiring and making goods of disturbed surface not exc 15 cm girth complete all as specified and as directed for more than one light controlled by one Switch complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for dismentiling the Stator & Rotor of ceiling fan of any sweep,taking out the burnt copper wire, cleaning the Stator & Rotor with CTC, rewinding the fan with existing gauge and same nos of turns with super enameled copper including varnishing, baking, replacement of sleeves etc and reassembling the fan & testing , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
