Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble uncoursed, well bonded,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all asspecified and directed.

Providing cement concrete Type C 2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone agg) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness,size or shape including pillasters, buttresses,columns,pillars and posts (including cap and bases) complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F MS angle including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind tie for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mess etc.) including all necessay drilling bolting or reveting etc, and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS framed work as in doors gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging ;and also fastening and fixing complete cnforming to FE-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips conforming to FE-410-W(Gde E-250) quality A or FE 290 (Gde E-165)

S&F in repairs mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n.exc 10 cmm long.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing , any size or type.

Fixing in repair only chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh,size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc. including provision of binding wire.

S&F in repair punched type concertina coil SRPBT fence comprising of SRPBT helix concertina of 610 mm dia with all the required clips, pins etc. as per manufacturer's specification fixed on the angle iron frames bracket/post. The coil having 51 spiral and minimum weight not less than 1.30kg/Rm including anticorrosive paint coated (Px2 compound anti rust) punched type material (barb length 24+1 mm, pitch between two 35+1 mm) fixed in psition and secured to both sides of angle iron post stretched to length so as to achieve 610 mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special type galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips ixed at any height as per manufacturer specification on compound wall including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparing new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description,over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. Incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. any descriptiion.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified

Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete type B 1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate ) and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Forming construction joint 30 mm deep x10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Gde 'A'

M&L providing chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed in neat cement slurry over and incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any descriptionot thickness in floors,approns etc.
