Hiring and deployment of TPIA and key personnel at site for RLWMS i.a.w section 1 of RFP part – II and Pre bid qualification criteria of Part I.

Submission of detailed Design, Working Level Drawings (WDLs) and QAP / Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP). for RLWMS i.a.w section 2 and 4 of RFP part – II and Pre bid qualification criteria of Part I.

Hiring and deployment of Site Engineer (01 Person) during installation, testing, Trials and commissioning of RLWMS i.a.w Pre bid qualification criteria RFP part – I.

Working level Design, Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of RLWMS facility with-in A1, B1 and B2 buildings, primarily consists of laying of SS Pipelines, installations of SS Tanks, Transfer Pumps, Ion-Exchange Columns , Flanges, control Valves ,associated instrumentations, control pannels and SCADA system etc. including associated Civil Works i.a.w enclosed schematic drawings and bill of material mentioned at para 2.1 (2.1.1 to 2.1.16) of Section 2 of RFP Part - II

Design, Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing and Commissioning of SS Pipelins, SS Pumps and control valves etc. including associated civil work from B2 building upto the jetty cope points vise-a-versa passing through the handshake point located at utility bridge, i.a.w enclosed schematic drawings and bill of material mentioned at para 2.1 (2.1.17) of Section 2 of RFP Part - II (i) Laying of SS pipe lines from M1, M2, M3 and M4 cope points on the jetty to B2 building Cat II tanks for transferring Cat II liquid waste (04 pipelines) approximate total length of 1600 mtrs. (ii) Laying of SS pipe line from B2 building Cat I tank to jetty cope point M5/Barge for transferring treated Cat I radioactive liquid waste (02 pipelines) approximate total length of 904 mtrs. (iii) Assosciated equipment like pumps (04 nos), valves etc for the above system pipe lines.

Documentation – Maintenance schedule, OEM manuals Trouble Shoot Charts, Working Level Drawings (WDLs) As fitted Drawings (AFDs) etc. of RLWMS i.a.w Section 5 of RFP Part - II

Class room training for ten personnel for at least ten days on Operation & Maintenance of RLWMS i.a.w Section 6.6 of RFP Part - II

Testing, Trials and final Commissioning of RLWMS in liaison with TPIA and in the presence of GE/User.

Any other item such as transportation, insurance, freight, packing etc
