Inspection / checking of street light fittings, tower light fittings and high mast lights (up to 16 mtr height) such as T5 FTL 4X24/40/36 Watt security light fitting, HPSV/HPMH fitting 400W (indoor and outdoor type) and flood light up to 400 watt in Indoor stadium, LED light all types & any wattage (flood and roadway luminaries) and post top light fitting etc for finding faults including thorough cleaning of acrylic perpex cover and refixing the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Detection & rectification of fault in over head / under ground line shall be done by the contractor & cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. (ii) Spare parts required shall be measured and paid for separately against relevant item of Schedule 'A' (BOQ). (iii) The contractor shall provide one electrician and one helper along with 24 steps bamboo ladder or sky lifter vehicle for repairing day to day complaints and report to JE E/M I/C or Engr-in-Charge of External Electrification Section.

M&L in replacement for bracket made out of GI tubing 40 mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including fixing with MS clamps - 02 Nos made out of 50mm wide x 5mm thick flat iron with 4 Nos 12 mm dia & 75mm long MS nuts, bolts & flat washer (3mm thick) 01 No for each including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to MS clamps & bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes, foundation for poles /stays and struts, not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying clean dry river sand for cushioning in layers, 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured as 18 cm after punning for payment)

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks for cable protection, laid dry flat adjacent to each other across the length of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement, 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixed to walls/poles and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, 40 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixed to walls/poles and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, 32 mm bore GI pipe light grade for cable protection (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixed to walls/poles and ceilings or laid in floors/trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable PCC/Steel electric pole (9.00 m long) and S&F new steel tubular pole of designation 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) conforming to IS:2713 Part-II with cast iron base plate, finial taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified including re-fixing of old accessoreis such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc, removed from old pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation and PCC work shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation to poles / stays / struts or basements etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation to poles / stays / struts or basements etc including cost of form work and finished fair & even omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC work (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping (new and old damaged coping) to poles / stays / struts or basements etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, new Alpha Rex3, D22 Astro 1 channel astronomical digital timer switches including necessary connection complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement, power contactor 3 Phase with AC coil 220 Volts, 32 Amps, CN432 T01 type including making all connections complete all as per Havells Cat Part No. IHPAA018201* including Auxilary Contact side Block, Frame size - 2 as per Havell Cat Part No. ISPNASM611 or any equivalent model in Legrand / C&S complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying in replacement & testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100V grade, cross sectional area as given below:-

Note:- GI pipe shall be measeured and paid for saperately against respected item of Schedule 'A' (BOQ).

Supply only PVC electric cable with insulated aluminium conductor (stranded) with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty, 16 sqmm twin core, weather proof flat with accessories, complete all as specified and directed.
