Complete dismantling of old damaged M.S rolling shutter ( 1 nos) of Garages at Snow Clearance Control Room Tangmarg. The job includes removing damaged M.S laths , pipe shaft, brackets, side guides. steel spring etc of rolling shutter by using oxyacetylene gas cutter, arc welding, necessary tools & tackles. The job must be carried out by skilled labour expert in the job. The damaged disassembled material should be returned to the Divisional stores by the firm. All tools & tackles, skilled labour used for carrying out the job should be arranged by the firm.

Fabrication, providing, fitting of rolling shutter of size 12 feet x 16 feet.(3.66m x 4.88m) rolling shutter shall be fabricated out of cold rolled steel laths interlocked through and joined through entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operations complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength confirming to IS: 4454 Part-1 and M.S top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.25mm M.S laths with 0.9mm thick top cover. Proper amount of grease should be applied to rolling arrangement for smooth operation. The shall include providing and fitting of springs, gears etc as per requirement and painting by Red Oxide

Providing and fixing of Ball Bearing of reputed make for rolling shutters.

Providing/ fitting of Mechanical device chain crank operation for operating rolling shutters.

Repair works to Rolling Shutters of Garages at Tangmarg

Greasing and oiling, cleaning of rolling shutters but excluding cost of repairs etc. Shutter No 1,3,4,5

Repairs conducted to both end plate/cheek plate of the canopy/ cover of the spring ends of the shutters by way of aligning/bending and bringing the plate to its proper position, then welding of the plate in order to keep it aligned, alignment of gears, spring shaft/rod is also included in the job. Shutter No 1,3,4,5

Dismantling of springs of the shutters then Re-tensioning of springs including fitting back complete job. Shutter No 1,3,4,5
