Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of paver block of any description and removing debris outside from the dockyard premises all as specified and directed

M&L for 50mm thick sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness , M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings/ drain bedding not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc and disposing off the debris out side naval Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for coping, lintel bands etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles with grey and any pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and incl cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 60 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position and removal of rubbish outside dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) in manhole covers setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets, and stair case railing ans similar work including pillasters, butteresses etc flat , vertical or to batter in fair finished surfaces of concrete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and getting debris outside dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying two coats of white wash all as complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks,manhole covers, duct covers and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rolled mild steel chequered plate as covers confirming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 welded to supporting of duct covers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer all complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up deposited silt/earth from existing brick drain / open drain and culverts to clern the water ways and removing the deposited silt/earth toa distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed

Taking out accumulated garbage and other deposits such as broken brick , silt etc from manholes/gully trap of depth not exc 1.5M, cleaning as directted and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 mtr and buried below ground level including necessary excavation of pits adn returning, filling in, sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of sol around to slope, if any and all as directed, stacking serviceable brick bats for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Taking out accumulated garbage and other deposits such as broken brick , silt etc from manholes/gully trap of depth exc 1.5mtr but n exc 2.50mtr, cleaning as directted and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 mtr and buried below ground level including necessary excavation of pits adn returning, filling in, sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of sol around to slope, if any and all as directed, stacking serviceable brick bats for reuse complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of drain pipe (SGSW/ hume pipe) exc 200mm dia and upto600 mm dia by rodding from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning the same all as directed and including diposing off the deposited sludge inside pipes from manholes to a distance n exc 200 mktr burrid under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavating of pits and returning filling in sprinkling of bleaching powder and dressing of surplus soil around slope if any complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 610mm dia concerntina coil in fencing with all the required clips, pins etc as per manufacturer's specification fixed on the angle iron framed bracket/posts. Each concerntina coil shall be fixed to MS Angle with existing rows of barbed wire, on each of bracket , the coil shall be with HTGE speing core wire of diameter 2.59mm, pitch between the barb shall be 24.5mm, tape shall be hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns, weight of each coil shall be 7.5 to 8.00 kg, tape shall be 0.5mm thick, tensile strength shall be not less than 1600 n/mm2, minimum 50 short bladed profile of minimum blade length 11mm and width before crimping is 18mm minimum including dove all clips @ clips per 2 spirals turns approx 125 clips per coil complete all as specified and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc. for existing barbed wire/ concertina coil complete as directed
