M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F glass dividing strips 38mm wide and 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete surface of roof mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions finished surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed. (Note; WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)
